Overnight Oats Recipe (Plant Based)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Sliced bananas and/or strawberries

Yes I have so many notes in my phone too I love it and the fact you can share it with others. I also use my planner I’m a double sometimes triple lister 😂 what’s your overnight oats recipe I would like to try it.

I love Viva Insights! Even though when my status is Focusing; I still always get people calling and sending messages LOL. Congrats on your promotion! In the future were you interested in going the Generalist route? It sounds like you would be prepared for that with all that you are taking on! I am in HRIS

Thank you!! I do too! But yes, I definitely have to just switch it to DND sometimes when people ignore the focusing lol!…There are some aspects I don’t enjoy lol so it would depend on the actual job description.

I wfh as a Talent acquisition specialist (screening to onboard) and have had no passion to go into the other side(s) of HR, but due to so many layoffs lately I’ve been at least thinking about other routes if that was to happen to me. How do you like the other sides of Hr so far?

Nice, I love screening & onboarding!…I enjoy some of the other components as well. They weren’t new to me, just never my main responsibilities.
