I was just watching the old YKM tapes and you were kind of a little chubby back then when you made them. But now you're as skinny as a teenager. But solid, strong. I've put on a paunch, and you've gotten fitter and fitter. It's amazing. Most Americans would pay thousands for your secret.
I was fit then when around 2000 teaching full time I added weight, then made my decision to make sure I am fit & strong. Older you get the harder it is to get off for sure....but you can or we all can drop weight and muscle up. its how bad you want it....health is the greatest treasure
I can only show you what my Doo Family Sets look like, as for authenticity its as good as the others tbh, Yes even ykm have 3 gate 8 energies & 3 scholars fist saam maan kuen. I have seen it called saam man choi...
