Man, I am having a heck of a time getting that hole drilled. I've got the keg secured in a drill press vice and have tried two brand new hole saws, Dewalt and Milwaukee. Even used cutting oil and take it nice and slow with the drill press, barely cutting in and one good catch and the chuck breaks loose from drill press mandrel. Then I tried your method with heavy duty hand drill, still barely scratching the surface. Is that Lennox hole saw you're using just a standard typical hole saw?
You can order empty ones from Amazon if you want to custom paint them. Or you can get one for the liquor store. I don't drink so I drill thr holes for the handle and drain the beer out in thr bathtub
