I just started using an Austrian-style scythe and I love using it instead of gas lawn equipment. Your snath design looks very comfortable. I like the added control of the blade angle you have added with the feature of resting the snath against your forearm. I imagine that you can control the height of cut extremely well. 👍😁

Indeed! But the Austrian is a very good snathdesign as well! Though of course the Nordic is better , and much more flexible in uneven terrain with stones and so!

Try "České kosiště" (=Bohemian) and "Moravské kosiště (=Moravian). It normally sells in e-shops for $8 to $12, if nothing else, it's a good price for expand your collection:)

Hello, I'm from Ukraine, we use simple straight handles here.
I was very interested in your "Nordic" handle - it looks very ergonomic.
Do you have detailed video about it ? Maybe drawings ?
I would like to make such handle with my own hands and try it in work.
    Thank in advance !

Hello! Yes I guess it is the one we sell called eastern Europe you use. That model seems to be very dominant i SE Europa. Specially on the flatlands.
Sorry I do not provide more details of the Nordic than you see on films and pictures on the webshop

      @@slattergubben6702 I see, it's a trade secret, got it.
Unfortunately the cost of your Nordic handle is big for me.
But anyway, it is very worthwhile and innovative !
I've spent several hours looking your videos yesterday and got great pleasure.
It is very cool - what you are doing.
      Thanks a lot !
