Assembly by myself was not too hard. I took my time and followed the diagrams. I particularly like the pictures and names of the exercises organized by muscle groups on the front of the ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxKJHyBZ9I1py9vVi-XLpEBg0y-qmdhn3q . Considering the number of exercises it has a relatively small footprint. I needed a machine that was not too tall because I only have 79" headroom in my cabin and this was just over 78". It is easy to use, seems to be well made, and I am pleased with my purchase. I am doing upper body muscles on Monday and Thursday. Lower body exercises are being done on Tuesday and Friday. Not using it on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am a reasonably fit 66 year old man and this is a great workout.

Hi Shelby! In your review of the mirror you mentioned the data on your Apple Watch was way off from what the mirror was reporting. I’m wondering if you cross referenced with the Tempo as well and how your results varied there. Thanks!
Question- so they have the live classes and the pre-recorded. I'm guessing the monthly $39/month is for the live classes. Which I get! Because that's a trainers time!! However- what if I just want to use the pre recorded workouts ? Would this save me on the $39/month fee?
I bought one last week. Turned it on and it just sits there and does nothing. Tried customer support a few times but so far I'm not getting much assistance. Not sure if I want to mess with something that I have to fight so hard to get to work.
I really want this. UH! It's just not in the budget right now. Maybe in another six months but this video was super helpful because my boyfriend and I have discussed the mirror but I like this is so much better.
Disagree. While I often think influencer marketing can be a complete waste of money, I believe Tempo made a wise investment in this instance. Great video by Shelby! And a great product for those who can afford it and will use it to its full capacity.
Just for variety they should let you get UA-cam on the Tempo!!! Great review and as you did not have a lot of room for it and looked like it worked well I do not even have that amount of room....
Hi! I hope you can give me some insight on moving fwd w/ this purchase. If the subscription is not purchased, can the screen play other material, like another workout app.? I keep reading that the subscription has to be purchased in order to have something play on the screen. I’d like to know how much use I can get out of it if I ever find myself in a financial bind and can’t continue paying the subscription. Thank you!!!

Great video Shelby x
Thanks for the review. I am not sure if you are aware of Tonal. I'd like to hear your opinion and how Tempo stacks up in comparison. These home gyms are nice and innovative but as a 29 year Personal Trainer I can still pin-point important aspects that are missing to really advance your fitness to the next level.
Really admire your level of fitness & dedication... Your Videos are a display of your Hard work and Passion.. Keep up the wonderful work, Wish you alot of Success ahead.. 👍👍
So you can link your own heart rate monitor/watch to it? For instance I've got a samsung fitness watch, can you link it?
Can You Try The Tonal Home Gym I Would Love To See That😀😀😀
I miss my LA Fitness so much!! Anyway, I love the aesthetic of your videos.
can't wait - coming in 2 days
I bought one last week. Turned it on and it just sits there and does nothing. Tried customer support a few times but so far I'm not getting much assistance. Not sure if I want to mess with something that I have to fight so hard to get to work.
I really want this. UH! It's just not in the budget right now. Maybe in another six months but this video was super helpful because my boyfriend and I have discussed the mirror but I like this is so much better.
Can you use your own dumbbells (heavier) with the workouts?

Shelby: 200000$ for promotion
Audience: omg so expensive
Company: 0$ by promotion
Disagree. While I often think influencer marketing can be a complete waste of money, I believe Tempo made a wise investment in this instance. Great video by Shelby! And a great product for those who can afford it and will use it to its full capacity.
@@EllyKlein absolutely agree. peace
How much space do you really need for the workouts?
Any chance you will be reviewing the Pro-Form Vue? Seems very similar.

I am interested in accurate heart rate. Where the stats on the heart rate monitor similar to your iWatch?
Meanwhile I am still using Wii Fit U lmao
They’re coming out with an update so that you can integrate Spotify playlists with the workout and play it from the unit.
Ahhh you released this video just a few weeks after I bought it! I would have loved that code lol
Just for variety they should let you get UA-cam on the Tempo!!! Great review and as you did not have a lot of room for it and looked like it worked well I do not even have that amount of room....
Is it replacement for all that we find in gym ?

Nah, i'd spend those money buying a proper squat rack, barbell, bumper plates and a mirror.
This is a super cool system but seems expensive. Nice video tho Shelby!
Keep up this great content, you even inspired me for my own channel, thank you so much! 🥺❤️
yes same!
This is insane. Why spend 2k plus membership on a workout when you can watch UA-cam for free 🤷♂️ or buy p90x for 100$...
Because this is not just a gym membership. This is equivalent to a gym membership and personal trainer. Do you know how much personal training cost? And most people are not knowledgeable on weightlifting unless you had a coach or trainer before.
@@stephanieortiz2471 Bullshit it’s a rip off
Are you watching UA-cam workouts every day?
@@llampwall No I have been working out for years so I don't anymore. If I watch a workout relative video is about rock climbing. You don't have to spend any money to learn how to workout our keep you motivated while working out.
@@entreadapt That's great for people who don't need motivation or have access to rock climbing. I definitely see a market for this even if it's not for me (I have a Mirror instead and just sold my Peloton to get a Hydrow). Some people like to go to the gym, some people like to work out outside, for others, this could work for them.
Just getting the weights off would be my workout
That was a really good review,Upu mentioned every small detail about it thank you I'm definitely going to get this when I get my pay check xD
Was the code for $100 for a limited time? Link and code don't work when I try to make a purchase.
Can you review the Tonal?
This would be pretty awesome, I think if ur big into workouts. I like it better than the mirror because I wouldn’t want to do workouts in front of a huge mirror. But, this is actually a really neat idea!
