Silage, hay or zero-graze grass? Alans cattle are in mid-summer for a TB test and need fed. Why would you use a harveste when you have a Merlo!!
Anytime I see Alan Clyde’s face on a thumbnail, i say, i m watching that ... anything can happen here !! And I was right 😂😂
All the weird and wonderful to come😂
Agri Farm Models is John not good enough
Reilly_contracting the both of them together is youtube GOLD 😂
This man is the biggest router I’ve ever seen but I love it😂
patrick mcmahon can’t beat it
Farm flix content is getting better and better
glad you are enjoying David
Love Alan’s episodes
Thats sort of how the Ferguson buckrakes for the Te20's worked but you filled it as you were reversing into the swath , probably pre dates nearly all or possibly all forage harvesters
Does exactly wat it says on the tin (cows are fed an that’s what is important). Great video as usual Alan👍👍
Cheers boss
Always enjoyable content lads !! Keep it up. 👍
Agri Farm Models cheers
Alan, would love to see the old double chop going. I have one the same.😀.
Alan you will go down in the history books as a comical genius.
A good aul idea for zero grazing, id a never of thought of it. 😊 i bought the blue polo t shirt off the farm flix website today. Looking forward to getting er in the post 😃
Have to make do with what You have in the situation😉
Alan Clyde sure what else could ya do like.
Jayjay.Rice_Agri good man
Believe it or not Kiddies this is how they made silage before single chop harvesters, except it was a fergie 20 a finger bar mower followed by another Fergie 20 and a rudimentary buckrake/cocklifter.
Yes yes Mark, now that wasn't yesterday. Be some craic bringing a 100 acres like that😁
Yup mark this generation are spoilt🙂
@@alanclyde8253 Yeah Hardship alright I'd say. They used to dig pits out of the ground for it. My father showed me pictures of it.
Excellent work
Yesssss... I love these videos keep the coming!!!!!!!!!!
Cheers
Will do our best boss😉
Didn't realise merlo made zero grazers 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You never know what the merlo can get up to about here😁
Maybe merlo will branch out😂
Good idea alan id never thought of that
Only really viable for a short period of time or if you have a handful of cattle in😉
Alan likes to be different 😉
Great video
Cheers
We say that all the time here too "was not me"
Great idea with the grass you seam to lots of good sheds your running a big set up how much stock need to get another shed myself
You are the first zero grazer iv heard to admit the machinery damages the soil in wet weather.
its not straight forward thats for sure
Good man Alan,
Tidy way of doing it!!
Don't see a grape about!!!!!
Who makes the yellow buckrake setting beside the one you were using?
Moneycarry possibly, got it 15 odd years ago
Le betails est très bien nouri bravo
Would a round baler without net or string work as a pick up,then either pop all the bales in one spot by the gateway... Or straight in to the feed barrier...
Cowboy spec zero grazing😂😂😂🤠
The merlos seen better days 😂
😂 she's nearly due a tidy up
I wonder how big a cheque would be needed to change her
I thought my p26 merlo wasn’t the best condition haha
If it works it works Alan 👍👍
Yes yes boss
By whatever means😁
As good a job as any alan good thinkin that😁 great video again mate super job love your videos
Cheers, we'll try keep them coming
Matthew Mckenna any suggestions what else you’d like to see Alan do
@@farmflix am more than happy with the variety of videos hes making like that he shows the reality of farming and also hes a co antrim man like myself so il always support the local man😁think alan deserves a pay rise tho 🐒
@@matthewmckenna3186 or at least he could buy me a few gates😂
@@alanclyde8253 the amount of money that man has too 🐒
Any chance ye could do a vid with the funkyfarmer
I'm sure if he was up for it we could have a good laugh😉
What would you like to see them do
@@farmflix Thats your idea to come up with 😂
He wouldn’t have a clue what they’re saying
Some zero grazing
Maybe madness🙈
Alan Clyde does the job
those tyres are easy on the ground at least haha
I'm saving the pennies for a new set of shoes🙈
Gets his money worth out of tyres😂
Not if he's sitting spinning digging up the place 😂
Could u not load a traler up with it and the feed it
If it wasn't beside the yard that would be best option
I would donate so u could get new wheels for that merlo
5x green tv do we need a crowd funding page to help Alan out😂
Put the trailer on the tractor if your far away
Yup, if there's any distance involved ya need the trailer
What’s the point of zero grazing when you can keep them out?
It was only because I was keeping the cattle in a couple days til the second day of Tb test and didn't want to open the pit. A lot handier for sure when they are out grazing
Alan Clyde awwwwww right I understand
What’s your other job Alan
That will heat if u stack it
Yeah you don't want to leave it in a big heap
Jassu alab how’s ur back ooh wait I already no it’s probably bad I’ve had back problems since I was 10years old
Reilly_contracting his back is grand when he’s not wrestling cows😁
Good thinking hi 👌🤣
Dunno how good thinking but it got them fed for a lot of days😂
There still living so that’s the mane thing
Have to think outside the box👍
Ah for fuck sake, that's some bollock of a job
clean up your yard
Cormac Heneghan correct,,the place is a mess why show it off like that,,like Tom pemberton u watch him,,shit every where and no comfort drives me mad and he’s givin advice to others,,don’t get me wrong both seem like nice fellas and all but tidy up
Men with spotless yards have too much time to waste
@@niallgilmore2411 real farms take a bit more effort than carpet farms
Liam Fanny how its showing it how it is no one has a spotless yard his may be a bit messer than most but who really cares
Liam Fanny wow like really nobody cares who’s yard is the cleanest
