FINIC Horizontal Palm Oil Press of 2.5 tons per hour Capacity

The Machine presses 2.5 tons of loose fruits per hour. At 33% of oil content of the weight of loose fruits of the improved variety, the clarified palm oil yield per hour will be 825 lters (over 4 drums each of 200 liters capacity). Incredible but it is a fact !
The machine is powered by a Diesel engine of 15 Horse Power and the average Diesel fuel consumption in a day of 8 hours is 20 litres.

Yes it does depending on the adjustment of the pressing force. If you adjust to cause high pressing force so as to get high yield, a great % of the nuts will be crushed.

Yes, it can serve as a digester for the wild variety. When used for that, the pressing force will have to be adjusted to the low side to avoid clogging and possible breaking of parts

The problem with these mechines is that it produces alot of sludges...which will still go to another process

Oil is contained in the sludge. If the sludge is not pressed out, how do you expect the oil recovery to be? Clearly, the sludge must undergo a process of clarification that will separate the oil and such a task is done by the clarifier.
