If you get e.g. 300s consistently, you're not gunna get nervous over 300s. Playing longer maps to improve consistency helps with nerves

Everyone gets nervous even in the top 50-100, you can see BTMC and Sytho for example, they get high heart rate a lot of times when playing. Even in tournaments you can see players shaking a Lot because of the nerves
