I own a restaurant and I know ALL about this. I’ve told a customer once on google that I choose not to be intimidated by the 5% when I’ve got the 95% who enjoy and appreciate my food and service. I use the opportunity to promote my company, if anything. Keep it moving. Haters gonna hate! You guys rock!

I stopped commenting or posting on lash pages because people are so catty behind that phone. I’m not down with people calling others pathetic and seeing girls full blown crying because of the rude people. End of the day, you’re there for support. This is soooo helpful. My own blood came for me the other day for my work. I’ve only been doing lashes for three months and I’ve grown so much in so little time but I feel like this one specific person wants to throw shade to try and keep me from going and growing.. this is soooo true

Shauna girl, you are too funny! Mike you two definitely balance each other out! But I can relate. I got some really great knowledge from this, thank you❤️. I’m currently in cosmetology school it almost perfect timing we are learning about communication, the different types of communicators and how to recognize if they use direct communication or a reflective communication. It’s really cool interesting learning how they can learn to communicate with each other. Like you said though communicating through social media is different. It’s hard to fully understand a person and what they want from you through text. We are all learning here. Stay gold LivBay✨✨
