Savanah was definitely the stand out member throughout their predebut and debut process!! I feel like she flew under the radar in a2k but seeing her now you can tell she was the right choice and the doubt anyone had in her is gone

Kg was the only one to do interviews also I would say Kendall too since she did a school interview 😂
to be fair, the mics seem to be very directional (picking up the voices only if you speak directly into them) which is confusing since they share one each… other mics are better at picking up groups from different directions, but I‘m sure the station has its reasons to still choose these (maybe so the mics can‘t interfere with each other, being somewhat close to each other)

I thought that kpop was based on the Motown system, so I commented earlier but may have been wrong, so I apologize for my earlier comment. I can only find a Netflix documentary that alluded to it, but no other confirmation, so I was mistaken.

I've never been attached to a group from formation/pre debut to debut so it's really interesting to be there during their awkward phase hahaha keep up the good work girls can't wait to see how y'all grow. Also the DJ host did a great job at making the girls feel comfortable!

Me neither! I only got into K-pop a week before I stumbled onto the first episode of A2K so everything is new to me. Did you also watch Nizi Project Season 2? That started maybe four weeks later? It’s a Japanese boy group created through a similar show by JYP. Their name is NEXZ!

True but I think they all are capable of expressing themselves very well once they feel comfortable. Also, Kaylee and KG seem more outgoing than the rest imo.

I followed VCHA since A2K, Lexi is always my bias since the first audition she had. She’s never disappointed me and ranked #1 in the final. The other VCHA girls are amazing too. Proud of them and wish them all the best in the future

I know they won’t see this but just in case anyone’s up late scrolling through comments: You did great girls! Loved your answers. Stay close to the mic and stay confident and I think American interviewers will LOVE you. You can tell JoJo was grateful to have some fun energy in the studio. Idols don’t always give the most interesting answers so this must have been much easier than normal for him lol! Kendal especially did a great job catching any unanswered questions and avoiding that awkward silence lolll
