I know this is a year old but, if tobais is trading the exact amount each time, that means that your demand is more than he is trading. Still think you should add artisans to the canal island, maybe have it the more central/close to the canals the more artisans and the further you get from the center the lower the class becomes
So I am watching your backlog of videos in this series - currently on episode 24 of 'season 1' - but wanted to come here to the present to inform you that the series is fantastic, your building style is fun, and your commentary is enjoyable. I look forward to seeing how you go from where I am to where this is.

I really like the artisans on rush, and just leave them unfulfilled, unless you really need the extra workforce. Ultimately they’re there for beauty :)
A Lady Banes type with her ability to "lockdown shares" might be useful out in Enbesa to stop Artur from always buying up shares.
I imagine you're leaving the Town Halls where the workers used to live in preparation for the new investors, but considering you'll get influence from them when you build them, you may as well bulldoze the Town Halls there, build your harbour master and anything else, and then when you tackle the old worker zone, you'll be able to chuck down townhalls then.
You could put the hotels under a town hall and give them +happiness items so you don't have to always use the newspaper to cover bad news. But ya know, you're short on influence, lol.
Any update on Frostpunk videos? Bailing on it? Or can you revert to an older save an try to salvage it? Do the next dlc?
You could do a CK3 let's play. You also might want to check out Rimworld or Industries of Titan as city builders.
you could use the closed bridges from the harbour decoration pack as a mouth of your channels on rush.. placed parallel to the cost line, somewhere where the light house is placed right now. I think there was a regular channel-bridge side by side to the harbour fake-bridge too. Have seen it somewhere else, looks really kind of "real".

At this point they need to do a bit of an overhaul of the old stuff, review some of the calculations the game makes and just a nice improvement on the way the game runs. All the stuff from all those DLC's are making it just a little crowed in the game files I'm sure.
Just a general update of the game and fixes that are sorely needed.
Nothing I can see that needs fixing, but I can't even get past a few houses of engineers. I love the beauty building over the min/max, I do it where I can, but that isn't very often. Just trying to keep up with the workforce needs is hard and that ever closing positive cash flow. Keep it up, I've enjoyed it from the start and the reason I got the game.

@@WhatDarrenPlays I am. Last city builder I played was Sim City 2000 back when it first came out. Needless to say I’m doing way better with Anno than that.
You should get Lady Banes, believer of protectionism and put her in a Harbormaster office on Taborim. I play with a couple of AI that constantly buy shares in two specific islands. I got so annoyed I just use her to lock the shares so I don't have to interrupt what I am doing to buy back shares.
The only two harbormaster specialist that improve loading speed are that lady you got and one guy you only get once (form the Crown Falls quest iirc). So yeah in the end game loading speed becomes a problem that's why you need as many ship items equipped in your boats as you can !
Is it possible to put same item twice in the harbour master office to get more buff
A sad day streaming has been axed for the most part. Here's hoping it comes back sooner rather than later :)
Don't you send glass to Embessa from Lusk? It was a problem before whith dockland calculation, because of that.

I think you have to overproduce if you don't want to run out. so 16/16 is not good enough. you need 16/18

You were bringing in 1127 glass thru docklands, EVERYTIME he dropped the full amount. so, you were using ALL of it, you added an extra Bulb Factory then LOWERED the glass drop off to 1100?????? You create your own problems?!!!!!!!
Because I just did the math with the stats screen. I knew logically it wasnt making sense, I even said that, but the stats screen said otherwise.
