The most difficult part of flight training in my opinion is landings. They are one of the more difficult proficiency items too which is one reason I believe there is a requirement to do 3 takeoffs and landings within the preceding 90 days in order to fly with passengers. After all, nobody wants to fly with a pilot that can't land..
In this video we welcome Rick to the channel. He came down to Orlando, Florida from Texas to do some landing practice with myself. I always enjoy landing practice, especially with people that enjoy my channel. Thanks to Rick for coming down to get a taste of my way of landing an aircraft!
    Enjoy the landings!

A good CFI is one with integrity.
If you plan on using this as a springboard into commercial be honest with your students ahead of time…
I’ve had three within 34 hours.

Proper 172 procedure for landing is: after landing, taxi to the FBO. Put up a "for sale" sign on the aircraft. When you get the cash, use it to buy a real plane like a Piper Archer.
