    Thanks for sharing the detailed video .. really appreciate it.
    For 2 Sellers and 2 Buyers: for 1 cr property with 50% holders.
    Both the Buyer paid 25-25 L to each seller. Now in 26QB for each buyer and for each seller
    Buyer X (2 Form): 1 for Seller A ; 1 for Seller B
    Buyer y (2 Form): 1 for Seller A ; 1 for Seller B
    Form 26QB mein what will be these values for each buyer:
    - Total Value of Consideration (Property Value) *
    - Total stamp duty value of the property (C) *

    What is the "Total Value of Consideration (Property Value)" to be filled for case with 2 sellers having equal share and 3 buyers having 45-45-10 share while filling Form26QB by each buyer ?

    Ate bhai oline kaise bhara hai... property ka value pura dalna hai ya half agar 2 buyers hai? Wo to bataya hi nahi.. aur pura value dala to automatically 1 percent dikha raha hai portal pe..

    Hi, Thanks for information video, One Query - If Total property value is 60 Lacs, and their are 2 Buyers and 2 sellers, all equal proportions. Then there will be 4 26QB form, in each payment of tax will be 15,000, which is 1% of 15 Lacs. But what will be 'Property Value in all four 26 QB forms, will it be full value 60 Lacs OR proportional value 15 Lacs.

    Hi Sir - i paid 1% TDS on 2 sellers - one of the seller Pan Card is inoperative and he didnt inform me - now i have got a notice saying "Regular Statement for Acknowledgement Number XXXX is processed with defaults u/s 200A" and asking to pay more amount - what should i do now?

    Thanks for the video. I wanted to check if I need to make two separate eTax payments if there are two sellers or if I can make a combined payment and generate a single challan to use for two separate 27Q forms filling? Your guidance here would be really appreciated.

    In my case , there are 2 Buyers and 2 Sellers and total lumpsum consideration value is Rs.54 lacs. So total 4 nos. 26QB needs to be filled.
    The 26QB considers only stamp duty value for 1% TDS calculation to be paid while filling the form. So will I have to input Total Value of Consideration (Property Value)- Rs. 54 lacs or Rs. 13.50 Lacs?
    Further, the Amount paid/credited currently (B) - Rs. 13.50 lacs and Total stamp duty value of the property (C) *- Rs. 13.50 lacs so that 1% TDS is Rs. 13,500/- for each 26QB Form so that the aggregate TDS is Rs. 54,000/- which is 1% of total lumpsum consideration - Rs. 54,00,000/-. Is this Correct? ,
    Just kindly confirm the value for each of 4 nos. 26QB forms- Total Value of Consideration (Property Value) *, Amount paid/credited currently (B) and Total stamp duty value of the property (C) *
    Note : The market value/ circle rate from Sub- registrara office is Rs. 53 lacs. And I have have the stamp duty 7% on Agreement consideration amount Rs. 54 lacs.

    Question: when there are 2 buyers, should the sale consideration value (Eg. 1 Cr) be chosen as half..I.e 50 Lakhs when each person is filing 26QB?

    So many people have asked the same question if there is one seller and 2 buyer (for eg. Husband and wife) then is it ok to fill TDS (form 26ab and 16b) by only one person?

    bhai accha video, but yeh bhi batao if one seller and two buyers, yeh detailed video banao, yeh zyada hota hai aajkal, as people from one builder company and usually have joint ownership while buying. One buyer has 90% ownership and other buyer has 10% ownership, so full value of consideration for buyer kitni hogi, if we assume property value is 1 crore.

    Hello sir, I have a question, I had bought a under construction property on joint names of me and my wife. I had done installment payments, but TDS was filed by only me. But as I see now in the video it seems like TDS should be filed by both, my question is what can be done about this now?? Is this ok or this has to be rectified? If to be rectified how to do it. I have already paid 1 lac in TDS in several installments.

    If there is 1 buyer and 2 sellers, the share of sellers is 50 percent each but the payment demanded by sellers is in the ratio 60:40, in this case how will it be filed?

    Sir case is like, 2 buyers and 2 sellers
    In that case of 70L property, 17.5L will be proportionate amount and 17.5k would be TDS amount each.
    What about stamp duty, will that also be proportionate, that is, 17.5L each?

    Sir, for 2 Buyer and 2 Seller we are filling 4 forms 26bq and amount distributed as 25% each .. but do we need to distribute Stamp duty also as 25% each?

      Suppose in case : sale consideration : 50L
      TDS -@1% deducted by buyer 1 only.
      In such case
      Buyer 1 payment - 24L + 1L TDS
      Buyer 2 payment - 25L ?
      Am I correct

    Hello Sir- The new Form 26qb on the income tax website is showing 0020 tax head instead of 0021. I'm not sure why this is the case. I'm the buyer of the property and earlier via NSDL website it showed the right tax head as 0021 but since this form movement to tax website I'm stuck because of wrong tax head appearing. Could you please help me on this?

    On 90% cases there is just one seller (Builder) and two buyers. That case is not covered.
