Lets see how well protected you are when wearing chainsaw boots. I'll be cutting into my ArbPro Andrew Cervino Wood boots with a Stihl MS 261 C (yay filing!).
I'm glad they are keeping you safe. I would hate for anything to happen to you. You just seem like the nicest, most kind person ever. Have fun, stay safe!
I wish I had a pair chainsaw boots 20 years ago I would never cut my foot when I was working Forestry and well done young lady keep those videos coming
Just started wearing these last week. Almost 400$ US. Not as much padding as Matterhorns. Also waiting for some info from Stihl about time line on 500i kinda ticks me off there's not info out there. Good vid.
That is great to know because chain saw cuts can be very nasty. Safety first can't stress that enough. I was hoping you would've used the 500i though 😁👍
Allo , been climbing for 30Y & still going up nowadays . I am lucky to not have hit my feet with the saw , i believe your test do not reflect how a saw would cut into a boot for when i run the saw i have ( most of the time ) 3 point of anchoring -2 feet+my lanyard and my work cable and my feet/boots would not move if a saw was to contact them , please try again but fix the boots so that they do not fly away ,cheers & work safe
If you really want to produce a representative test result you have to hold the shoe in place somehow to simulate it being worn on a foot

Just got a pair. So how was Canada?!
💪
Excellent information! I have leather steel toed boots but a hit from the side off the toe cap would really make for a bad day.
