- Wow, what a day! Two accidents where the drivers were okay thankfully. Tried to turn as many laps as possible in our own machine and the day went pretty well. Hope you guys enjoy this one! I have no Wifi in the driver bus lot so I am sitting outside of the media center right now trying to get this to upload, hah!

I was just reading Marshal Pruetts article on this year's changes to aero regulations which was cool. I don't really know wth he was talking about but I like to see some info on what changes can actually be made to these cars. Hope tomorrow stays a bit dry.

How much if any offset do you run in your steering wheel? I thought it was interesting how much Dixon has his offset. It makes it look like he is steering right going down pitlane.

Could you explain what changes are made to the car for Fast Friday, And how do you set up the car for qualifying. Thanks Conor..best of luck this weekend
All the downforce gets stripped off the floor of the car. So the underwing becomes clean, no strakes, no barge boards. Rear wing gets trimmed out. Those are the basic changes. Can trim more with ride heights as well

I'm not sure if you saw it, but Dixon had a comment today about the oil spray coming from cars ahead being bad all year and is still bad. That might be the dust/dirty track that you mentioned in yesterday's video.

An eventful day, but I agree, it feels like you all have just started turning laps. I like the accent color on the car too, definitely helps identify you. Marco’s red accents looked pretty sharp. I’m nervous for RLL & hope they can avoid repeating last year. Have fun on Friday!

Thanks for the details. As a retired engineer, I am interested in the mechanics, aero, and so forth. I'd love to know how removing everything from the floor makes such a difference.
