Oil for frying chicken
Chinese Chili Sauce:
Dry Red Chilies 1cup
Water 1cup
Ketchup 5tbs
Sugar 1tsp
Chicken Powder 1/2tsp
Vinegar 3tbs
Garlic Paste 1/2tsp
Oil 2tbs
Main Dish:
Capsicum 1/4 medium size
Green Chilies 4 medium size
Ginger 2inch
Soya Sauce 1tbs
Oyster Sauce 3tbs
Fried Chicken
Chicken Stock 3-4tbs
Chili Sauce 3tbs
Ginger
Green Chili
Sprinkle of chicken powder
