I have this mod, and tbh the yandere comes put in other ppl’s dialogue. Gus literally told me “The saloon isn’t safe, Shane was telling me things abt you I KNOW you didn’t tell him” ending with Shane looking over and Gus pretending you had told him a joke. And before I even had 8 hearts with Shane, Jas told me I was gonna be her new Godmother and that Shane would let her play on the farm everyday.

But to be fair, eight hearts still being platonic but some love tension is felt with some dialogues.
To be honest, I only ever went to about 5 hearts with Shane with the Yandere mod before I got guilty for not being with my basic boy, Alex. Alex was also on Yandere mod so like there's that. If I'm being honest I only tried those 2 Yandere mods cause I'm not interested in the bachelorettes and Sam is too golden retriever for me to actually want to marry him, Sebastian is so similar to me that I feel that it's weird to want to marry him, best friend that doesn't talk much vibe and Harvey is just Harvey, his yandere is literally past life regression and I don't want my doctor to be a yandere.

The Haley yandere mod from what I’ve seen is pretty much just Haley being nice and cute but a little possessive
As someone who has read all the dialogs which comes with this specific Yandere Shane mod, the fun part is in the interaction with other NPC’s and related dialogues. With this mod, all of the bachelors and bachelorettes become kind of obsessed with farmer while trying to get rid of Shane as well. I remember one where Sebastian would be stalking the farmer and Shane would drive him off.
This Yandere Shane mod is wayyyy more out there than the Sebastian mod. 🤣😭

@@0Griffer0 i downloaded it on nexus last year, still not updated but works for me. (these days smapi doesnt launch sdv but 2 weeks ago the mod needed to update but i didnt and it was still working.) maybe you should download the old versions of the mod. ^^

Kinda late but nino should try to see what other villagers said about shane (or other yandere LI). Yandere mod usually not only change that certain npc (ex: shane yandere only change shane's dialogue), but also what other villagers said. The LI's usually scaring people off so that no one get close to the farmer and the villagers might mention it (depending on what mod though)
A yandere doesn’t really act creepy if they’re with the person their in love with.
they can also be creepy with their obsession. it’s just they usually start off sweet

The yandere mod in stardew doesn’t hit that crazy “ketchup loving” obsession we want. Like even comments about watching you through a windows Or wanting to be sewn to you but “not in a creepy way” A crazy amount of gifts in the mail. Stuff like that oh and scaring the whole town.
