You've made an illegal move of a crystal at 13:10. The instruction says that "the movement of a Crystal has to end on an empty space. Printed spaces of the Cauldron are considered occupied" - you've left your crystal on the occupied space (because it has crystal symbol printed on it).
Also, what you've said at 18:20 is incorrect too. The rules says: "You can use this extra action anytime while you are carrying out your Witch actions - at the latest, after your last Witch action on your CURRENT TURN" (not on any turn when she's doing witch action, as you said). The magic chip cannot be saved for the future use.

Love to play this but I can't. Unfortunately all my hexes live in Texas.
I've played this a couple of times and I have a question regarding the purchasing of cards and triggering combos.
Let's say I place a wizard and get a scroll token can I use the scroll token I pick up from the wizard standing independently or am I forced to combine it with the 3 scrolls from my originally placed tile.
Also can you break actions say I have 5 wizard actions but one of those actions triggers a crystal movement which then triggers something else or do I need to finish one action before doing another.
i'm not an authoritative expert, so you'd probably best off asking here: boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/318560/witchstone/forums/66 but we play that yes you can interrupt strings of a given action for other bonuses as they come up. and do you mean scroll card that supplements existing actions? you can save them for later i would think. anyway, again, better off asking on the forums linked above i think :)
Can you have multiple energy with different players in the same spot or is it first come first serve like the roads in Catan?

yup, once energy connection per road, which means you will eventually start paying extra to use the 'roads' of other players :)
22:14 I am a bit confused by Rahdo's wording here. Does Jen get an extra crystal action from getting her crystal to the border of the board? And then also the double crystal action from the main board? If that's so, she would have 5 crystal actions and not 4.
I am just not sure when Rahdo mentions the extra crystal action pausing the main action if he is already thinking on the double action on the main board. But his phrasing gives the idea he forgot one action xD
Don't know why you get confused... when the crystal exits the caldron the space where it exits from has an icon, that icon tells you on what shelf you will place that crystal and get a reward... in the case you don't want to place it on that shelf, you can always place it on the bottom shelf and get the other reward Richard explained...
He decided to place it on the corresponding shelf to the icon, so the reward it's 2 more Crystal actions, adding to the 2 he already had he's now at 4
