My mom and grandma used to cook it way back in Guyana when we were growing up but me and my siblings would not eat it😃. Ms Lynch put in a lot of work cleaning and cutting the intestines and you did a wonderful job cooking it. As always your videos are a pleasure to watch

There is no shame in eating stomach/intestines of animals. There are many cultures that do so across Asian. North American/Western culture finds this to be taboo because they don't understand the importance of utilizing all parts of an animal (head-to-tail consumption).
