Very nice! I add "F" to the ABCDE reading system. F=flip film upside down or now days flip the digital image. Since our brains are used to seeing normal anatomy in the upright position, viewing it upside down helps to see those hidden gorillas or overlooked pathology.
Great video! Just one thing though. NG tube would usually take a more central route than that. If it deviated to either side above the diaphragm (as seen in this video), I would not be comfortable feeding the patient through that. But rest of it was very useful, thank you. :)

At 5:55 you mention the "costovertebral angles" but I believe you meant to say costophrenic angles. Otherwise great video!
