I know we were told four years ago that they had filled it in , can’t believe it
we have a well in our cottage garden too, what an exciting find!! The level changes quite dramatically throughout the year!! We've just installed an old fashioned hand pump to pump the water to use on the garden ❤

The mums are being so lovely , they themselves have been getting treats as they are first time mums yet doing so well.
@@Thetudorcottagediaries They are being lovely, and they look like very healthy beautiful chickens - I so miss my chickens I used to keep, but can not do so where I live now. I watch my neighbors chickens though, and find them so relaxing to watch. xxx

Oh,that was exciting Heidi 😂..........I'm sure you'll have it looking lush in no time at all 🌱🌾🌿 .....your little chick's are adorable 😍....ps...l found a little baby Bluetit this morning.....it's disabled 😢only one wing 🫣 ......so my brother is currently feeding it etc 🥺 X
Years ago my mum had a thrush with one wing for 7 years it was fine bobbing around safe in her green house and the out buildings , chicks are so cute little wings are sprouting now already x x

Id love to have enough space for chickens. Id really love a couple of ducks too 😊
I love having the hens around they can be noisy but are cheerful souls
