It's an ongoing bug/glitch ever since May the 4th event started. A bunch of players have been talking about it on UA-cam Battlefront 2 videos and Reddit.

Because bro keeps timing everything perfectly, if you look at the video, he finds people in places that he shouldn't. He is pre-aiming directly at people around corners. He also has significantly less bullet spread than everyone else. Also, he seems to take reduced damage.
