Hi! I want it to say thank you for this video with normal speed and slow motion in different angle how to do the turns, i stuck on this, so this is very helpful! Hope i can do it right in my next diving class!
Thank you! Don't expect quick change in the technique, it is a matter of time :) If you have a chance to film yourself, it would be helpful for your technique!
This is verh interesting, I am practice turns off the wall, but really want to learn turning quickly without the wall. I currently use the arms to turn . I have medium blade wave fins. ,but it is slow and I use a lot of energy with this method. Any other methods to improve my turns without using the wall?
Hi ,I actually bend knees , get in a chair sitting position titling slightly in the direction opposite which I plan on heading , I thread water with the fins and arms underwater. The turn is smooth & slow. I did try pushing with one hand -off the wall , didn't work for me. Impact was painful the next day.
We're using tiny swimmer fins (even snorkeling fins are not allowed in our pool). Is it allowed to kick the wall with both legs to give that extra push after the turn? Or is it considered bad?

Did you try to put one hand on a bottom?

Yes, it's absolutely fine to push from the wall in all disciplines !

@@KAIZENFREEDIVING ну , сперва думал про "первыйнах"
Поддельфинил на повороте. Может не защитать
Если гребок не одновременно двумя листами, то это по определению не "дельфин" :)
