If your hands are not clean and washed it doesn't matter if you wear gloves or not. Even in France you won't find bakers wearing gloves. I can assure you the bread at RLB is prepared in a sanitary way. This bread has fed Sierra Leone for generations. If they weren't doing it right they would have gone out of business.
