I have a 5months old baby.. she was admitted in hospital after her birth due to SEIZURE.. two times seizure was happened.. now she is under treatment with phenobarbitone.. I have done EEG of her.. report shows " Rare bilateral anterior temporal and left parietal epileptiform abnormalities. Sleep structures were better seen in left frontocentral ,which may indicates righ hemispherical electrical dysfunction"

Mera ek baat clear nhi ho raha hai !! Main janta hoon ki Right hemisphere me dysfunction hoga to uska effect ja kar left side body me padega.. but kaise anterior temporal lobe and left parietal me epileptiform ho raha hai ?? Pls explain me
