I think you guys need to do a Top-Gear-esque adventure with the 4 of you. Whether that’s two ChangLi’s or where it’s more like the Bolivia special and you guys get a tiny budget for 4x4s and then mod them. Your chemistry is really good, but a lot of times we don’t see that in the build videos, but we see it/hear it in the podcast. I would enjoy watching that
I love these podcasts, I look forward to them every week. I know it’s hard to get a grasp on the people behind the views, and Edwin I know you are usually paying attention to the analytics the most so let me speak for the community when I say you’re doing awesome. We love watching the videos and podcast each week and the shenanigans you get up to! I have had more conversations with people from vastly different backgrounds talk about Grind Hard than any other channel. See ya next week!
I honestly really like how you guys talk about the projects that haven't been revealed on Grind Hard because it builds anticipation while making it seem easier for you to talk about what's goin on between podcasts. Keep up the good work!
I’ve always gotta wait until 1am where i am for these to be released, so worth it, I don’t like cars or bikes at all but grind hard got me hooked to the point i went back and binged every episode because its just so fun and entertaining to see a bunch of guys just being themselves and having fun, being swindley in search of premium. Just want to thank you guys for giving me something positive to look forward to each week during the war and I can’t wait to see what the future of Grind Hard and Sent and Bent becomes with the year, wishing you happiness, health and success in all endeavors
Im just gonna put it into the universe that Stevens style and just flow as a camera man is by far the best on UA-cam you have most definitely set the bar
Daaaaammnn will that was so deep and on point it almost felt personal..lol call me crazy but ive been in a point in my life where that applies and watching y’all’s content makes me feel more me and not what other people are tell me to be or think … thats what makes this channel so special and Unique.. !!!!
Going to a different country for a movie is spot on, mighty car mods do one per year and theyre great. It makes it a cultural experience, and educational, and being out or your element adds and extra layer to it. You could make it like an over the top version of a roadkill "bring a dodgy car home" episode
I NeVeR get tired of hanging out with you guys (via youtube) too bad i live in texas .. 👎🏻need that snow and 🏔️life ..!!!!! Keep up☝️the awesome content.!!!!
@38:31 I said it many times before and I'll say it again: Please consider using a V4 engine from a Honda VFR 750 or VFR 800Fi. They sound wicked, cam driven gears whine, dead-reliable and very unique! Please please please!
I loved top gear for the same reason I hated the grand tour. Top gear (although very much scripted) felt less scripted than the grand tour. I love being a fly on the wall. Listening to you guys complain about mac and cheese feels like me and my buddys doing it. It feels like home. Don't loose that. Love you guys.
28:01 I worked a junk yard and shipped metal out on semi trailers we send our metal to WV and there are things that blow up the shredder and shut things down and most crazy thing I seen was when we sent a truck with a old car from like 60s and got sent back because of radioactive activity and got sent back for us to look and we found a binocular from a navy ship that was radioactive I had pictures but I don't think I have them now it was wild I would of never known
Movie ideas - Buy something far away... travel from place to place and do a project at each stop (find youtubers in a few places between Florida / home that you go to.. each time getting it a bit better). Or the overseas - Cuba... where they have all those beautiful old cars because they couldn't buy anything else... All from the 50s... And do a conversion there...
I was watching another channel I follow (Ambition Strikes) who made a remote controlled electric side by side, and as I was drinking my coffee, they said "It can go place you can't even walk!" and then I had to clean my keyboard lol.
51:35 If you talk to any actor or actress they will tell you that after knowing how things work behind the scenes in acting, they can appreciate seeing a movie more because they know how difficult it was to get the shot and they know the skill it took for everyone involved to shoot the scene correctly. But on the other hand, (the nitro circus side) kids grew up idolizing Travis Pastrana and watched him compete and win repeatedly....... the stuff you guys do is cool and interesting to watch but you're not idolized and you don't compete. These are two different things. I feel like between the grind hard Channel and the podcast that's about everything anyone needs to know
In 1987 as a 19 year old I had a choice between two used cars in my budget. 1980 Pinto( low miles) or a 1972 911. I was smart enough at the time I couldn’t afford to keep the 911 going. It looked a little rough from a distance so I stayed away from it.
Hey guys you made a comment about the horsepower in the 1960s the 421 Super Duty from Pontiac was rated at a 405 horsepower but a magazine tested one and it was around 470 to 480 in the late sixties they made a 428 and that was rated just under 400 horsepower
Hi guys the propane tank is probably right I used to junk cars and people will hide them in cars so if you fill a car up with scrap they make you empty it out to make sure there's no propane tank in the car
Note to comment commandos. Please read entire comment before commenting. A movie about the Hummer build. The story. A UA-cam channel that does small exiting builds tries to take a giant leap. The goal make a heavy slow vehicle into a rowdy rock crushing off road vehicle. 53:35 You guys start talking about the Hummer project as I type my idea.
Explosions at car shredders is common. People hide all sorts of stuff in cars that aren't supposed to be shredded. Propane tanks etc. It's a real problem for scrap yards and costs them money in repairs.
One day there’ll be a really cool guy that doesn’t chain smoke who restores Porsches from RWB back to concourse, for far more than the car is worth. And so the circle is complete! 😶
Porsches share many parts with comparable Volkswagens although porsche often offered more powerful engine packages, much nicer interiors, better suspension, and better looks making them a much nicer car to use and drive. They are similar but not even close to the "same". Look at the features of a Porsche Cayenne and a Volkswagen Touareg, both are the same chassis but the Porsche is much nicer in almost every way. Its like saying a lamborghini is an audi with a nicer shell when they have many traits that are not offered in any audi models..
53:57 Grindhard goes to Mexico. 🇲🇽 Where they pick up a monster truck, get stopped at the border coming back, arrested for smuggling contraband and thrown into a Tijuana jail.
i will spam this every video until sempai notices me. please make an electric snowmobile cross kart, place the battery on a "sled" mounted to a swing arm over tunnel/track, making it so you can tilt/ lean without moving ur body. designs like this has been tested but NEVER done right, doing this with the battery actually uses the drawback as a feature, it ads to the function of the machine and removes the flaw of early machines "like" this. ALSO, THINK OF THE WHEELIES, THINK OF THE HILLCLIMBS, THINK OF THE WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION! i hope grindhard ever see this spam, i wish they would make a proof of concept, i know way to many ppl who has died on the mountains due to snowmobile safety issues. if they make it then mby, just mby some company will pick up the idea and produce it.
Not sure if this is out of place, but Drivetribe is putting a tiny v10 into a miata - ua-cam.com/video/p2_9NwDQnvQ/v-deo.html I wonder if you could get your hands on that engine and work with that?
Like, you guys, like, have an awesome, like, podcast, like but, like, could use, like, some new, like, words to, like, communicate your, like, thoughts.
Thanks for having me on! It was a blast!

I love your hang out style! And you´re editing it so well 50 minutes feel more like 20
Thanks!
A second Chang Li!! Let's GO! looking forward to the plans!!!!

Such an epic cast boys! Keep em coming!
Well you answered my question about the dual electro and co motors for the tank, without actually answering it 😂
Awesome podcast, always a weekly enjoyment! Keep it up
Edwin I saw the meme go by in the video but couldn't go back to that frame. nice work! lol keep up the content!!!

Can't wait for the tank build

I’m local and totally in on the junkyard wars😁😁 if you need more dynamic

I feel like GHP should have a build off challenge. Ethan vs Will. In the end, they have a performance challenge with the end product.
Awesome podcast, you all are so humble to success. Can't wait for the Chang Li redemption! Aiming to be on the pod one day :P
In 1987 as a 19 year old I had a choice between two used cars in my budget. 1980 Pinto( low miles) or a 1972 911. I was smart enough at the time I couldn’t afford to keep the 911 going. It looked a little rough from a distance so I stayed away from it.

You guys hit it out of the park!
How has no one noticed the second Chang Li in the background?? its bronco colored and everything lol
Looks like no windshield and a dents in front fender and around door handle.

Hadn't heard of junkyard wars, we had scrapheap challenge in the UK.
You guys should do more scene cuts in podcasts
26:21 junk yard wars was the greatest
The best Top Gear episode (S9:E4) was the Reliant Robin space shuttle!!
Explosions at car shredders is common. People hide all sorts of stuff in cars that aren't supposed to be shredded. Propane tanks etc.
It's a real problem for scrap yards and costs them money in repairs.
A flat six Honda bike engine in the back of the viper fiberglass body would be super cool
Yooooo Chang-Li racing series!!!!!
Another amazing episode!
Another cracking podcast 👍
The electric go kart is the only thing that maybe should have a pressure switch in the seat 😂
Love it guys good job
100% bring back junkyard wars
One day there’ll be a really cool guy that doesn’t chain smoke who restores Porsches from RWB back to concourse, for far more than the car is worth. And so the circle is complete! 😶
The Melody Muffler guy is wonderful lol
40:43 it would be pretty freaking sweet to put a Valkyrie or goldwing engine in it
15:11 Easy, Raggedy Andy! Wrinkled Willy over here doing ad reads.
I would like to see a mini truck build like a semi with a small diesel or something in it
his project car sounds like he's building a bizzarrini lol
Edwin I love see you drink Yerba mate! I drink it everyday!
59:11 me too will 😂
Sent and Bent Day!!
@Junkyard Wars idea..... Team up with other guys that build shit and have a build off of used or fab'd parts only!
please the tank lol and can't wait for the viper

Grindhard goes to Mexico. 🇲🇽 Where they pick up a monster truck, get stopped at the border coming back, arrested for smuggling contraband and thrown into a Tijuana jail.
Yes, indeed; porches are just fancy beetles.
on the point of fads, you only have to look at OCC, their bikes used to sell for 100k now they're worth next to nothing.
fascinating chat as always
Lonnnngggg time subscriber/supporter. I swear I saw Will's mouse stash doing a wave during the pod cast. JK
They make a v8 Hayabusa! For the viper project
15:06 Will needs to put a porche motor in a Subaru
pov: The table top is now a spider, and my ocd of nonmatching mic booms is fixed.
If will buys another crotch rocket motor you guys need to make a cross kart.
Maybe look for a vfr800 engine for the viper project? It's a V4 with vtec (yo)
please do a Jankkyard Wars special together
U also show ur tools n don’t hate keep !😂
41:05 what if you try to use a battery from a Prius
36:00 look at a Google maps of marsh automotive In Dawson pa it's a big u pull it place
17:59 I thought that trip was cool
Made a comment about the killdozer earlier the guy that built that owned a muffler shop
Must be something about muffler shop owners, and being nutters
I forgot about the tank
How is it going
They have a blue one now!?!?
Got the likes

Viper body? Harley motor! Just cuz america... and Dodge always does the big motor with the big sound.
Someone who watched this, so what happened to the electric tank ?
Drive a gt3. You’ll understand
38:42 so it's like rather be welding on UA-cam with his vw dune buggy
tank
Yeah. 5.0 and super car dont go together. Do you know what powers basically the original super car? Ford gt40....289/302. Its a 5.0 liter.
Not sure if this is out of place, but Drivetribe is putting a tiny v10 into a miata - ua-cam.com/video/p2_9NwDQnvQ/v-deo.html
I wonder if you could get your hands on that engine and work with that?
This is the kind of dude that you don't tell anything to that you don't want everyone to know
Like, you guys, like, have an awesome, like, podcast, like but, like, could use, like, some new, like, words to, like, communicate your, like, thoughts.
Why is he drinking out of a plant pot with gravel in?
Please do another ktm motor build, still nothing for me tops the Colonel, i hate 4cyl motors screaming, thundertwin for the win!
Can someone tell me me about the tank
I’m not trying to listen to this whole thing
Couldn't get through, something about his voice or his tone is really irritating
Finish your house...
