U should've added 1 can of tomato sauce and water and simmer on low boil for about 2 hours, with bell peppers, and what u added, after 1and half hour of cooking you can add peeled potatoes and finish and season to taste..,,ivwas a meat cutter for 30 years, I got recipes from some customers or myself..chuck steaks diced up work well with my recipe,,it has just enough fat for flavor on the beginning of the searing at beginning of cooking the meat and oil cooking will make a beef broth and then you add the tomato sauce and water..try it you might like it
I actually have the carne, onions, tomatoes and garlic along with olive oil. All of it except the yellow pepper and Serrano pepper. Would it be okay to skip using those 2 ingredients?
¡GUAUU!

I wonder what kind of cut that beef is? Looks like lean top round to me. Total prep and cook time looks about an hour.

You gotta try this people!
Hi what is the name of the yellow peppers please? We are making it for the first time.
Shira Brown - they are yellow peppers or Chile Guero in Spanish
