    It’s really interesting seeing a guy reaction being so emotional about Jaime and Brienne. Loved it

      Thank you for saying so! Yep, that's what I felt. Didn't hold anything back (hence the yelling). Thanks again for watching.

    Over a month later, and Jaime leaving Brienne still hurts so much. Especially knowing his fate. I get that his obsession for Cersei overrules everything else, and can accept it in the context of the entire show, but damn I wish it had been different. If I could change anything about how the show ended, they would be married. The honeymoon would be in Tarth where Ser Brienne would be reintroduced to the 'little shits' that once mocked her.

    Missandei is innocent how? She was serving as an advisor to someone who invaded Westeros with two foreign armies, and was part of the effort to overthrow the current ruler of Westeros, even though Missandei isn't even from Westeros but chose to side with the invader. She was captured, refused to bend the knee, and killed. Just like the Targaryen invader did to the Tarlys while they were prisoners of war, even though they were defending their country against a foreign invader.

      Missandei was part of Dany's posse, sure, but as her handmaiden and confidante, not her political advisor. I think it's difficult for her not to put Dany on a pedestal after she freed her from slavery and treated her kindly. She is from Naath, which is supposed to be a land of extremely gentle people. I'd never call myself a fan of the dragon queen, but in the context of this fictional tale, I can understand how someone like Missandei would feel loyal to her. When I spoke of her innocence, I was referring to her gentle heart and inability to scheme or manipulate. No one is truly innocent in Game of Thrones, but there are a few who seem to be incapable of cruelty, and those are the characters I tend to think of as more "innocent" than the others. Again, that word isn't 100% applicable since we're dealing with a story written by a man who rejects the notion that someone could be fully "good" or fully "evil", fully "guilty" or fully "innocent"...it wasn't the most appropriate word for me to use, but it was the one that came to mind at the time.

    Major braime fan. I totally loved y'alls reactions. Watching jaime leave brienne hurt me so much! Right up til ep 5 aired I was so sure he left to protect her and kill cersei himself. Major disappointment for me after. I couldn't even bring myself to watch the finale, it was too much.

    Watching this roller coaster of emotion overcome each of you at times can be hard to watch. Not because of anything you say or do but the well played scenes causing the emotion.
    I am confident Jamie is going back to KL to feel peace. Not between Cersi's legs but him killing her. All of that wrong can be attoned in that 1 act.
    Jamie has to do this on his own. Bringing Breanne would complicate things.
    I also think Cersi was tipped off about the dragons. Sansa has become Little finger and might actually survive the game.
    Tyrion now knows Vares is right.
    Watch out for Hound and Arya. They aren't part of the attack.

      Terrific points, and I agree with you on most everything; my one hesitation has to do with Jaime. I don't know that he intends to kill Cersei at this point. I get the feeling he's conflicted. Actually, scratch that...now that I'm thinking about it, his last line to Brienne ("She's hateful. And so am I.") seemed to suggest that he thinks BOTH he and Cersei should die. Murder-suicide? We'll see.
      Still get the feeling Arya will somehow be involved in Cleganebowl...not sure how, but she cares deeply for the Hound and feels almost protective of him (though she'd probably never admit it).

    I suspect Tyrion will die by Cerisi's hand by 8x06. She missed two opportunities to kill him so far. Speaking of 8x06, I know this is a reaction video but you keep up that ugly crying I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to see your 8x06 reaction video.

    • @BunyipAttack
      @BunyipAttack  5 років тому +4

      You may be right about Tyrion/Cersei, but I hope you're wrong...really rooting for Tyrion to be one of the (few?) survivors of the carnage to come.
      As for my crying (which I admit is more frequent this season, but there are so many emotional moments packed into each episode!), I can't exactly wave a magic wand and turn my weepy face from ugly to cute/non-ugly (or your personal, subjective idea of cute/non-ugly, rather), so you may want to seek out videos featuring reactors who either look adorable while crying or don't cry at all. Sorry if this comes across as snippy; I really don't mean it that way. I guess I'm of the mind that the whole purpose of reaction videos is to be genuine, stripped down, vulnerable, and brave enough to not give a shit about whether or not people will find you unappealing for one reason or another. Of course we hope that people will dig our content, but I think it's kind of against the Reactor Code (if such a thing exists) to hold back or try to re-mold yourself into a character people would potentially find more pleasing. Thanks for commenting, honestly...I appreciate you forcing me to think about this issue! I could almost cry tears of joy. ;)
