Wow Michelle! This is stunning! I love the base color you chose for this inlay - perfect combination - this inlay is spectacular and I love the glaze, the bit of blue and splatters! It was because I needed to pull the drawers out to paint inside, and also you cant leave wet paint on closed drawers :)

What would cause the inlay not to work and need to be reapplied? Why cut the inlays up instead of using whole?? Never tried them yet so I don’t know. Thanks!

Hi Sharon, Great questions! Sometimes the Inlay doesn’t transfer because maybe it wasn’t wet enough, there wasn’t enough paint or it wasn’t left on long enough. Easy to fix, though :) As for cutting, in this case it’s because I arranged my own layout to fit the dresser. If you want to learn more, I have an online class series coming up.
