Hello I see your using a 1:1 ratio for two liters I’m not doing two liters no where near just a small amount and I’m wanting to use fragrance oil to carrier oil. Would I still use 1:1 ratio with fragrance oil?? I just don’t like alcohol smell. This woman I used to work with made parfume you could smell it a hundred yards away and it would last days no alcohol. That’s what I’m trying to do.

It all depends on u. Alcohol doesn't smell in fragrance and there is difference between oil perfume and alcohol perfume
The ratio also depends on u. While u like perfume that last smells meters away ... Some people like me don't like perfume that will shock me.
It all depends on you and your costumers

Any cheap; colorless; odorless; and soluble oil will do. Just make sure u use a oil that will mix. And doesn't have it's colour or scent
