HEY Y’ALL!!! I know it’s not much of a “step by step” tutorial, but hopefully by watching the full video, you’ll get the gist of what I’m doing, and hopefully it works out for you when you try it on yourself, and or your clients. Going forward, I will try my best to be more detailed with showing & voicing exactly what I’m doing to make it easier for you guys! As always, thanks for all the love & continued support! 🫶🏾 WHY I USED RUBBER BANDS ↓ (I use rubber bands where the hair & the end of my loc meet to prevent my locs from sticking out, as stated in the video. Not every twist needed a rubber band, only a few.)
I definitely tried this, thank you! But Question, my ends looks crazy even after i dipped them. Not sure im did them right. Did you pit a rubber band at the tips, if so how far down?
Thanks! The hair will stay, as it is twisted firmly into the loc. I use rubber bands where the hair & the end of my loc meet to prevent my locs from sticking out, as stated in the video. Not every twist needed a rubber band, only a few.
I've been looking for a video like this! Thank you so much 🌹✨👏🏾 One question - my locs are stiff so you can see them sticking out where they end. Even though I add marley hair - I can't hide where the loc ends. Is that why you're using rubber bands? 😭😭
Yes that’s a reason for adding the rubber bands. I had the same issue with my locs before discovering the difference of adding the rubber bands. Did you give it a go yet?

Omg gonna try on Friday thank you for this ❤
You look so good ! We started our locs the same time .
This is so pretty. I hope I can do this myself 😊
Love your content!! I have thicker locs and I am looking to do twists but with a single loc, is there anything you can recommend? Thank you!
Thanks, I was doing it completely wrong lol I’ll try again after I rock my loc Bob 🎉😊
I lovvveee your loc girth (pause!) lol
Quick question, why did you put a rubber band on it?
Another UA-camr did that to “tuck” the ends of their locs. 🤷🏽♀️
To keep her loc ends from unraveling within the twist. It's security.
How long have you been loc’d and how many do you have? They’re so pretty!
How long did you keep them in?Do they damage the locs?how many hairpiece did you use?
Thank you for this tutorial it came out looking so pretty ❤️🥰👍🏾👏🏾🤗
