I have the metal putty knife that screws to the pole. But it was too aggressive and sometimes left metal marks on the siding... The gutter tool works better for me on mud daubers.
I usually scrape most of the mud off before I apply my housewash mix. Then if the nest leaves a stain I'll squirt those with 12.5% SH and scrub with my brush. I've tried different detergents, even Dragon Juice to get the stains out. Nothing works better that spraying a little SH Lava in the stains and some brushing to remove most of the stains. I just use a bleach resistant squirt bottle from Lowes. If the stains are on the second floor I'll just brush those with my brush and carbon fiber pole.
Great job!
Thank you.
Great Video as Always.
Thanks John
We use the same grout brush and a painters scrapper with a pole threads Amazon

Sweet! But, did you recover your carbon fiber pole?
I did! I had used it on a commercial store front the day before. It was laying right by the sidewalk where anyone could have took it. I was so lucky!
@@housewashing5693 I'm so glad!
@@DeadMansPartyFilms Me too. It was 3 sections of my 50ft XERO pole. So it was a lot of money just there for the taking.
😊
Wish they made a corner brush with a pole attachment cannot find one
