The reason she is upset about this is because she doesnt know federal law. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination in employment on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, and national origin. As far as I know this is still law of the land and hasnt been repealed. The title does not say "but its ok if its to help black people " or "Except if you are white"
Nobody says "Black history isn't American history." She has lived a sheltered life.
Rashida, get over yourself. Take your pain and your racism and mosey on down the road. Find a new way to earn a living.

DEI, unfortunately, has put people in positions that are not smart enough, or as smart as the people that have to be passed over to make room for DEI, to be in those positions. DEI lowered standards and forced institutions and businesses to lower standards.
