@yakrat-adventures ya when it gets like that, the whole game is finding the fish....when you do there usually stacked up. Being able to see them makes it easy to know if a spot has fish before your stop. But fish can be super skittish
@ThumprFishing skittish fish usually mean pressured fish. Sometimes ill deadstick a gulp shrimp to get fish that spook before my paddletails hit the water
@yakrat-adventures i just saw some posters for that the other day. Sounds really cool.... Would have loved to check it out. Unfortunately, the wife and I are all ready headed back. Wish I could have stayed on vacation for a whole 2nd week 😆
Nice I was actually getting ready to go that area on this Tuesday coming up if weather permitting! That is a great place in the winter time because the water is deep and then you got the shallows like you said. I definitely caught a lot of black drum there in the winter time.
@davidmikitka5674 ya some good fishing in there. The key is finding them. I'm on vacation with my wife, tell the end of the week. So hopefully I can get on a trip at the end of the week. Good luck, and I wish you tight lines. I had luck with a mirrOlure and my kicker crabz
Way to find those reds in skinny water. That area you launched looks very familiar to me. The new camera you have is amazing. It’s like you have little drones flying around you. Squirrel: what are they planning on doing across from Parrish park ramp? I’ve been noticing all of the construction. Anyway, great video and outstanding catches.
@FloridaEastCoastFishing thanks. Ya I'm liking the new camera. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a polarized lens to put on like gopro so my viewers can see what I see. It's a great 3rd person camera for sure......squirrel 😆 not to sure...but those bigger concrete things I belive are like a artificial reef type structure to help decrease storm surge and erosion on the road while also making great habitat for aquatic life......I bet in a few years it will be loaded with fish....full of snags for sure 😆
Nice 😎
@FishingFloridaWithKO thanks. This spot has had some good-sized reds and black drum the last few times I went
Good to see you sight fishing when theres blue bird skies lol
