When testing a violin do it in an appropriate environment, concert hall, auditorium, wherever where sound can be tested.

It was a late evening presentation from Italy for the special edition NAMM show in the United States during the pandemic. However, it wasn't in a concert hall but it certainly was very realistic with no acoustic effects.

But I understand your point of view.

The Guadagnini Model is far more powerful and balanced! The Strad model has its sweetness, and equally beautiful. But of course the Guadagnini would be a choice for both Solo and chamber music. Thinking to order soon a Violin Maestro. Cheers, G E Z A
