I just saw repost notice: I see you just wanted the vacation feeling to continue. Beautiful hotel. I've had the pleasure of eating at S&W in multiple cities and it never disappoints, excellent restaurant.
I always stay at the Venetian, the best hotel on the strip. S&W, Delmonicos, many world class restaurants in the hotel. Are they expensive, yes but worth every penny. When I go out to eat, I don’t worry about prices, if you do, eat at home.
Nothing against S&W or for that matter any high end steak house. But for some years now, I simply can't find myself dining on any high priced steak, knowing that they won't be any better (and in some cases, not even as good) than the steak I prepare and cook at home for a fraction of the price. The only red meat where I'll still treat myself to spend some coin is for prime rib. In that case it's more cost-worthy as in order to make a great prime rib at home, you have to buy a whole roast. I do this at Christmas time when I have guests over, but for the rest of the year, it's off to a nice place like Lawry's.
Vegas used to have quality steaks... like a 16oz T-bone Steak & Eggs for $2.99. There are still cheap deals but the quality is not as good. A steakhouse on the Las Vegas Strip is an experience which is little different from any steakhouse I visited when I lived in other cities. But yeah, I can make some mean steaks too. Depends what you want. And Lawry's is 👍. But I'd rather go to Jerry's Nugget in Vegas (check out video in playlist).
Puhaha! I'm not married. Single. This was from almost 2 years ago. There were a lot of others since then. if you've watched my videos, maybe you noticed that I have different people who pop up to make the videos more interesting, or just so I can make a reservation for 2 instead of 1.
No I ate there over the summer they took select beef on the bone than aged it over thirty days and than tried to pass it off as prime meat no way no how it was terrible my bone in NY was some where around 80 dollars for meat that was not prime but they think aging it green is the recipe all it did was upset my stomach the next day so bad and it was so tough I should have sent it back but of course I ate it regret it till this day pass on this place

💯! There’s a steakhouse for everyone. My personal fav is Herbs and Rye. It’s not even high end or best. Just love the people, the food, and prices.
