I REmember /////////////when u sang at sandals we warned DAVE to record u ....elements ...... u even gave me training & experience and we had good times but the pay at sandals was just bus fare we left same time...I am in newjersey will touch base when we get home ....u a official reggae /soul/R&B /SINGER ,,big up SHABBA AND SOUL TO SOUL..

This was an awesome interview. I used to be a selector on a sound system in Johannesburg South Africa. And round about the time Richie Stevens was blazing with songs like Maniac, Winner, Weakness for Sweetness, Sail Away and the likes, Those used to be my songs to get the crowd going. It was crazy because his songs were just as hot or even hotter than the hottest djs of the time like Beenie, Mr Vegas, Sean Paul, Scare Dem, Bounty, Mad Cobra, Merciless, Hawkeye, Red Rat, etc. So it was awesome to hear Richie Stevens story because his story is not that well documented or known and he really went into great detail here. I had to stop everything I was doing or wanted to do to listen to this interview. Thanks for that Teach Dem. and one live to Richie Stevens. Thanks for the music. And the memories.

@@tingzjamaica I watched her interview over and over again and I must say all the clues she gave point to this man, who in 2019 was also accused of raping a woman in Australia who was on tour with him. She has since put out a video providing details of the encounter but she went a bit further than Tanya did...she named him!!

Teach Dem, I believe you are a great interviewer, because you ask pertinent questions that the viewer themselves would ask and you allow the interviewee to answer and the laughter between you and your guest is genuine and contagious. Also you look very relaxed with your guest as if you know them from long time. Big respect keep it real and simple, please do not attempt to change anything just keep it locked as it is.
