    This was so useful! I've been trying to find luts that did the work for me since it was so hard to find a clear tutorial. You NAILED it! How do you get the draw mask?

    • @EastonBennett
      @EastonBennett  3 роки тому +2

      I’m glad it helped!! I know when I first thought to do it, it was awesome!! The draw mask is under the effects drop down menu. Just hit all effects and search for draw mask!

    Hi Easton, a short question...when you put on a creative LUT, is it still to use this technique?
    Thanks for this video, it helped me a lot...

    • @EastonBennett
      @EastonBennett  2 роки тому

      Creative LUT is for after you do these corrections. You might have to tweak the skin after the creative LUT

    Great video Easton! I’ve been literally searching for a basic tutorial to do grading since I’m kinda new to the videography game. You made it simple to follow along! I just landed a gig to do a commercial for a chiropractors office, and was looking for a video like this so I can create a very clean and professional look. Again thanks for the informative video!!

    Great help thank you! Some people say to adjust the highlights to just under 100 and shadows to just above zero before applying a conversion LUT. Is there ever an issue after the LUT is applied?

    • @EastonBennett
      @EastonBennett  2 роки тому

      I don’t usually have an issue. Plot it on there and work from there. Either way you’ll have to make minor adjustments🤟🏻

    Great video! Hey when recording in c log did your Eos R has noise in the footage? I have noise in my footage from iso 400

    • @EastonBennett
      @EastonBennett  3 роки тому

      It did right away. Are you seeing noise in the shadows? I found overexposing by one stop removes the shadow noise!!

      @@EastonBennett okay i will brother and thank you. So basically the clog automatically set to iso 400, so when you say 1 stop means go to iso 500?

    • @EastonBennett
      @EastonBennett  3 роки тому

      Nope. 400 is the best ISO that it performs at. So if you can get your exposure correct at 400 iso that’s ideal but doesn’t have to happen.
      One stop overexoposed means one notch to the right when you are looking at the meter when exposing!
