Sunethra akka, I was fortunate enough to meet you only once. You are my favourite writer. I remember how I was excited to buy when your new book is launched. I write as much as possible but still published only 3 books. 2 translations and 1 my own produced. Like you I joined with Calderdale writer's group and doing some pieces.
You are an iconic character for me as same as to SriLankan society.

ඉතාමත් සතුටුයි සුනේත්‍රා සමහර අවස්ථාවල දුරකතනයෙන් කතා කළත් අවුරුදු හතළිස් ගණනකට විතර පස්සේ මේ විදියට හරි ඔයාව දකින්න ලැබීම ගැන. කැළණි සරසවියේ දී ඇසුරු කරපු කාලය තුළ ඔයා ගැන මේ තරම් තොරතුරු දැනගන්න අවස්ථාවක් ලැබුණේ නැහැ. ඔයාගේ සාහිත්‍ය කටයුතු දිගටම කරගෙන යන්න ශක්තිය ධෛර්යය ලැබේවා කියල පතනව. තෙරුවන් සරණයි !
