That looks so yummy. I want one. I probably would have eaten half of the pineapple before it got in the blender, though.

Hi Tina, such a great idea! I will be making some for the kids soon but I think I will use the almond breeze coconut flavor with condensed milk and the pineapple. Tfs. Xo

Hello Tina, Happy belated Mother's Day. Thanks for sharing your post, which I will do tomorrow. I will, however, go light on the sugar for obvious reasons and will be using another ingredient and fresh soft jelly purchased from my coconut vendor yesterday. Hopefully this will be a weekly routine with different fruits.

Good morning! Thank you for watching the video! Glad you are able to get fresh coconut from a vender, the water and jelly has so much nutrients in them. I get fresh coconut, when I travel to Barbados. Have a fabulous day.

Two! Thank you so much for watching! I know what you mean by eating half the pineapple, I had to keep slapping my husband's hand away, he was trying to sneak and eat them every time I turn my back.

You don't even need to add sugar, not to mention what's in the store have a lot of preservatives.

@Tinaraine I'll be back soon. I miss Charles cooking. I made the coucou and salmon last month. It came out great, don't know when I'll make it again though, my arm was killing me from stirring

@@donnaclarke4100 Next time make it in the microwave. I have a recipe up there showing how to do so, its a lot faster and easier. Charles will be back in the kitchen soon don't worry.

@Tinaraine I have seen and heard a few people say they have used the microwave method, but call me old-fashioned. I still like the way my mother and grandmother used to do it, although they didn't use the method of soaking the cornmeal. In the same way, I still believe in grating coconut for sweet bread, turnovers, and pone instead of using a food processor... maybe I need to come into the 21st century. Could you do a cornmeal pap when you get a chance? I didn't do so good at it.
      Thanks
