I feel your pain. I have lost more than my share of people in the last couple of years. The most recent was my uncle who I didn't even know had been sick for 6 months. I feel so thankful that he got one more wind of energy and I was able to spend a day with him before he transitioned. It makes a difference when you can say goodbye. I'm sorry for you all's loss. So sorry for your loss. On the other hand, I've tried like 3 different forms of birth control and nuva ring was my favorite. Talk to a gyno about options, but usually you only spot if you get the short or implant or you are trying to skip your period. It may takes a full cycle for your body to adjust too. My skin was breaking out and I had mood swings for the first cycle...but after that I was fully covered lol
I Remember seeing ur IG story requesting prayer for your friend, so I went on his mom's post praying and at that time he had already died. I was so heart broken. Condolences to you all

November of 2020 to December of 2021 I lost 12 people, family and friends. I woke up at nights during that time just sick. Crying and nauseous. Soldiering on during the days showed up in my nights something AWFUL. So during time of sadness be gentle with yourselves, self care is a MUST. I had to start taking time for myself. Longer weekends sleeping in some mornings, time off media etc did help stop those hard nights.

Loved the length of the video!! ❤ With regards to birth control, definitely decide on how often you would be ok with taking it. If you know everyday is unrealistic for you, don't do the pill lol. I'm planning to switch to the patch which has to be changed once a week cause I'm sick of the pill. I had the Nexplanon implant, (lasts for 3 yrs I think) which I don't recommend cause I had no cycle and I was nauseated everyday for a year until I decided to go back to the pill. I've never had an issue with spotting at any point with the pill and you can skip cycles if wanted with the pill (ex. if you know it's supposed to come on during a vacation). Most horror stories I hear are from the iud though.

I’m so sorry for your loss , praying for healing. I think the pill is best, you have to remember to take it, you will know exactly when your cycle is. I had an IUD twice, it stooped my period but it caused me the worst pain of my life. I do not recommend, back on the pill now

So sorry for your loss. That is such a difficult thing when there is celebration and tragedy at the same time.
Loved the length of the video!! ❤ With regards to birth control, definitely decide on how often you would be ok with taking it. If you know everyday is unrealistic for you, don't do the pill lol. I'm planning to switch to the patch which has to be changed once a week cause I'm sick of the pill. I had the Nexplanon implant, (lasts for 3 yrs I think) which I don't recommend cause I had no cycle and I was nauseated everyday for a year until I decided to go back to the pill. I've never had an issue with spotting at any point with the pill and you can skip cycles if wanted with the pill (ex. if you know it's supposed to come on during a vacation). Most horror stories I hear are from the iud though.
