In this lesson, you will learn about the distributive property of multiplication and how to use the distributive property to solve problems. We will learn that any multiplication problem can be rewritten as a distribution problem, where we multiply a number across all terms inside of a set of parenthesis. We will learn how to perform the distribution operation over multiplication, and check our answers to make sure we have done the operation correctly.

Any tips for dyslexia? I was almost fired once for transposing numbers in one of my calculations. I have a firm rule to always triple check my math, but sometimes bad things happen to good engineers. Lol

you can only distribute when you add or subtract within the parenthesis.
What if theres a division before 4(6+6)? Let's say 48÷4(6+6), do we still apply distriburive property?

as a American i was searching for distributive property explanation but once i open a vid its a indian (no offense) speaking in his language and i cant understand but i found this vidand i alr understood everything
