Now that I finished the video, I can explain and comment on some moments - The entrance from the sewer to town being vanilla is a coincidence. All the randomized entrances can randomly shuffle onto themselves, and you'll have one or two on average each playthrough. - Pariah is a trap item, as some others you've seen, it gives a negative gift to everyone. How bad it is depends on your trap difficulty setting. - There is a chat command to pass out on command (!!sleep), so you do not need to expend all your energy to do so - The shipping bin, like the sewer entrance, randomly rolled its item onto it's location check, that's why you were able to buy it and get it. - Crafting recipes, and all their various selling points in shops, will be shuffled in the next major release. The public beta playtest for it is coming soon! - !hint_location does not hint where a map is. It hints what item can be found if you accomplish a specific objective (called a location in Archipelago Terminology). I'm glad you didn't have the points, as you would have wasted them and been very disappointed. For next time though, you definitely can afford a couple of hints by now, don't hesitate to use them. The command !hint [item] is the one you'll want to use, it can allow you to find where a specific unlock is. For example, you could hint "Fall", or one of the island turtles, etc. - Could we see your settings? or at least get a little section explaining them in the next video? It would be easier to follow along if we knew the specifics of the playthrough you are doing. Plus, I imagine some viewers will want to try the mod themselves, and they might want to pick the same settings as you. - If you give two gifts in a week, you get a little bonus of friendship at the end of the week. This is a vanilla behavior that very few people know, and the reason why you sometimes earned hearts when going to sleep. - The Railroad wizard cutscene, in Archipelago, happens once you own the Rusty key, instead of after completing the CC. This is because most Archipelago runs choose the CC as a goal, so there is no content locked stricly behind it. It's all randomized instead. Same for Willy's boat room, which gets unlocked as soon as you receive your boat repair in this mod. - I don't know when this gameplay was recorded, but there are updates to the mod, which I recommend getting if the playthrough isn't over already. A few bugfixes, a few new QoL features, etc. - The game crash is due to UIIS2's level up animations, when getting many levels at once. You can disable only the level up animation and keep using the mod. - Livin' off the land is not useless ;) - You don't need to buy a Clint upgrade to see the next one. You just need to receive the corresponding tool upgrades as items. So to see the iron pickaxe upgrade, you don't need to buy the copper pickaxe upgrade, but you need to have received a copper pickaxe. Looking forward to the next episode!
these tips are incredible, thank you so much, and thank you for watching too! there are so many features to learn about with this and it's mindblowing to me how well it has all been done, especially with how configurable it is! thank you so much for making this and working on it, i'm having such a good time with it!! as for revealing the settings, if someone were to replicate the same options is there a chance they get the same seed as me? only reason i havent is i am worried about people being able to find and connect to my game (which im guessing probably not really a thing but i am usually just way overly cautious with this sort of thing!)
@@emmalution I'm glad you're enjoying the mod! Even if someone replicates the settings, it's a randomizer, so they will get a different seed and a completely different roll. Even if, for a given set of settings, you can expect a ballpark for difficulty, two games can still quite vary in difficulty based on the randomization. The entrance randomizer is a huge culprit for this, as you've noticed, your roll is quite difficult so far. Once you find your wizard it'll probably get much better. The one thing you should NOT share though, is the link to either your seed page (The page where it has a button "create new room"), or the room page itself (the page where you found your ip:port, and where you can access your trackers). Of course, the port itself shouldn't be shared either. If you share any of these things, then someone could connect to your game and cause issues, like cheat and finish it without your consent. They'd still be making a new farm, as your Stardew save is local, but they'd have the same items and could send checks. If you did want someone to play the same seed (randomization) as you, but not YOUR game, you can go to the seed page, and press "Create Room" again. This will make a 2nd, completely independent, but 100% identical, room on the same seed. This is used for races (Check out Captain Canadia's race vs me, if you're interested), where you want both players to play the exact same randomization roll. For some specific type of content creators, using this for competitions or whatever could be a thing. But as long as you share none of that, both your game, and the information about it is safe. Sharing the settings only allow us to know what you did randomize, not how it was randomized exactly. For example, this would have allowed us to know that you shuffled the arcade machines (And I love you for that, everyone turns them off :( even though I worked hard on them), before you happened to find items in game for them. The specific questions I had about your settings were: - What is your trap difficulty? - What is your goal? - What are your bundle settings (type, price?) - What are your X-sanities (fishsanity, museumsanity, etc)
I am not realizing that maybe, when creating your game, you did "Generate Game" directly from the settings page, without exporting a settings file first. That is what most people do when playing a solo game. In this case, you do not have a settings file to share, and you might have been thinking about the Spoiler/Playthrough file, which is available to you, but this one shouldn't be shared (and, honestly, you probably shouldn't read it either, as it is a spoiler). If this is the case, the "proper" and safe way to share your settings would be simply a screenshot of the settings page where you picked them, before generating. You can still go to that page, and it should remember your choices from last time. You can also still export them to a file if you wish.

I'm giving it a go especially since I have access to a kitchen by entering joja to get into the Ginger Island Farm House. Randomizers can really breath new life into a game with some chaos.
And this is so fun. I have some lucky rolls because Qi's walnut room is in Willy's shop. Obviously the quests are difficult since they are meant for late game, but if I can just get one of them done, I will get the key to the town early which will make accessing stuff in the town so much easier.

This was such a fun video to watch! I was on the edge of my seat waiting for when you would find the community center and then it never happened. Heartbreaking haha. I’d love a continuation!
I really liked the video, great job! Also, I overheard the wizard saying that horses are actually dragons. Wild thing to say, but afterall, he is an expert.
I am loving this series already! The chaos is so much fun and you have to pay such close attention to everything. Ou are so talented to remember all of this because I would forget every day lol.
I would definitely recommend getting a friend or two for an Archipelago game, as half the fun of it is the fact that its a Multiworld randomiser, so items for other players can be in your world and vice versa. Ironically, with my group, Stardew is a game I just can't play, as it clashes horribly with the games the other peeps use.
Loved the video! This mod is so fun! If you go into the area to the left of the volcano entrance (where you need to use the watering can to get more walnuts) that should take you to a new location as well 😊
This is an insane playthrough, you have some insane will power I could never handle this level of tediousness. Such an entertaining watch though! Can’t wait for year 2

I really like the chaotic nature of this mod, but the way you tried to do clayfarming hurt my soul xD From the looks of it you weren't missing out on clay because some spots were broken, but because the pattern was incorrect. You need to do another pattern before you can dig up the spots right above the already dug ones.
21:30 the reason you got friendship with those villagers was because you get a small bonus of friendship at the end of the week if you gave them 2 gifts that week.
That was a fun video to watch! I am so bored of the typical progress play through of the game, as we all have done it one million times and watched other people do it another million times.
I just watched this instead of studying and working on a presentation BUT I have no regrets! This was so much fun to watch and I can't wait for Year 2! :DD
Fabulous vid as usual Emma!! One hot tip that I figured out myself recently, when the animals are in the way in the building menu, you can just click on where you want the building anyway and they will MOVE OUT OF THE WAY. Life changing, honestly. Can't wait for the next 100 days 😁
Please do more!! This was so cool to see! Also putting my bid in for the horse to be called Goldfish or Penguin because hearing you say either of those multiple times would be AMAZING or Liopleurodon you know since dinosaurs exist in this game haha and you have one in the barn
This is the first video I see on your channel, not gonna lie, but then I noticed your channel's picture whatever it is called I'm not a native English speaker, and for a moment I thought I saw a picture of myself and was shocked, I entered your channel to get a closer look and now I realize that if me and my besties had fused, you would be the final product of that fusion, and I'm not exaggerating it either you have the same eye color and mouth shape as her along with hair texture, but the rest, even your glasses' shape is identical to me it's not so funny anymore! By the way, the video was great, and I'll see if I can download that mod later to play it myself
Wow, I felt both amused and frustrated from this challenge. See, this is why I can't do randomisers because not knowing where things and places are drive me insane. I hope you do a part 2 now that you've unlocked spring. I wonder where the flower dance area will bring you to.
hearing "i don't know if they'll be able to grow in time" after watching part 1 and 2 of this series multiple times now just has me like "oh you poor thing, if you only knew" 😂🥺
This is such a cool concept for a mod, and I’m so happy that you decided to play it because I know that I absolutely could not, my executive disfunction would never lol 😂😂😂
I started my own playthrough because of this video. It’s tough but so much fun! My farmhouse is the Wizard Tower. I need to date someone stat so I’m not locked out during festivals 😂
I've played a small version of the randomizer mixed with two other games and this is way more chaotic than anything i ever experienced because of the random entrances xD i also just did the 4 and 8 heart events for friendship but every 2 seems a lot more interesting given this is the only game you'd randomized
Me, watching you repeat summer over an over again, while I work. Also me: oh, the randomizer mod sounds fun, I should try a new save with that this weekend, on my moon farm. Also, also me, to myself: what am I doing to myself???

Theres 112 days of summer.... And summer comes along to end it so our annual problem of our generation is trying to find a way to end it
and to this day the wizard is still just a piece of our imagination LOL
you missed a door. in the volcano dungeon bridge room, the left side of the river entrance might be a new destination. you are propably aware of this though, but in case you are not, here's a reminder
the gem puzzle next to leo's treehouse entrance and the witch's hut teleport might also be entrances you didnt check in your playthough? i think you never checked the gem puzzle after getting as a random area entrance and i forget if you took the teleporter or not. hope this helps?
the gem puzzle entrance is sandy's store, and the witch hut teleport goes to the cave, then the swamp and in that door is evelyn/george/alex's house! :)
I did miss the volcano bridge room though! completely forgot about it!
“…which is now home to Penny and Pam. UsELeSs!” Made me crack up. You really had some bad luck with those doors leading to different places.
I need the next 200 days!!! This playthrough is freaking awesome!!!🥰🥰🥰
This chaos was hilarious to watch! And I think you'll have a horse-shaped Axolotl living in your stable
This is MADNESS!!!!!! (epic music swells. Emma looks at her other half and then back at me) Madness? THIS! IS! STARDEW!!!!! (Emma proceeds to kick me down the mineshaft which teleports me into the town fountain for some reason)
I discovered archipelago just earlier this week and now I have over an hour and a half of content on it from emmalution? HELL YEAH
I am 100% excited for year 2 😅
This is my favorite premise for one of these videos. Much more engaging since we're trying to figure out what's going on with you. I hope we can get another at some point!
56:40 I'm pretty sure if you try to place a coop/barn on a spot where an animal is, the animal will move when you click on the spot to place it.
OMG that was so fun to watch! 😁😂 I really like the way you narrated and edited that whole thing. This was a really funny, enjoyable playthrough. Can't wait for Year 2 to drop!
I can't bring myself to play randomizer myself. But I really enjoy watching others do it.
(Earned my Sub immediately :D)
thank you so much!!
Rewatching to make a "door list" for you❤
- You can enter the Left side Volcano exit 🎉
-Bathhouse Lockerroom (not sure)
- Boatroom door
- Greenhouse Caroline
- Wizard Appereance shrine warp
- Leo treehouse
- Quarry cave
- Ginger Island: NutRoom, Volcano, Mushroomcave, Farmhouse, Simon Says, Frogcave, Pirate entrance, Professor Tent, Pirate Shipwreck.
I think that is everything 😊
This was such a fun video to watch! I was on the edge of my seat waiting for when you would find the community center and then it never happened. Heartbreaking haha. I’d love a continuation!
the fact you were on the sprinkler grind for so long... and had Krobus from the beginning... and didn't buy any iridium sprinklers
OH NO I FORGOT THIS IS A THING 🤣
I really liked the video, great job! Also, I overheard the wizard saying that horses are actually dragons. Wild thing to say, but afterall, he is an expert.
the wizard whos only showed up a few times outside of festivals. im not so sure hes a trustworthy source.
I am loving this series already! The chaos is so much fun and you have to pay such close attention to everything. Ou are so talented to remember all of this because I would forget every day lol.
I cant wait to see what year 2 brings us 😂 will it be a full year of spring?
That would be truly hilarious 😂😂 Every year is just four times the same season.
@@blackharmonics4518winter would be hell.
@@AngelDustSpider Absolutely. But I love seeing people suffer (in games) 😂
This is the first of your vids I've ever seen, and what an amazing introduction! I adored the CHAOS.
30:00 the rubber boots remind me of romana's full circle wellies which also show up next to the fifth doctor's cricketing clothing in castrovalva
Imagine having Stardew and Super Mario World together with Death Link
Loved the video! This mod is so fun!
If you go into the area to the left of the volcano entrance (where you need to use the watering can to get more walnuts) that should take you to a new location as well 😊
OH i forgot about this thank you!!
I love what you did with the animal names 😂 please play for another 100 days ❤
This is an insane playthrough, you have some insane will power I could never handle this level of tediousness. Such an entertaining watch though! Can’t wait for year 2
Omg, this is awesome! What a fun way to replay the game, and now that I have SV on steam, I can try it!
Rewatching as I wait for more of this. Honestly you are so hilarious had so much fun watching this.
21:30 End of week friendship bonus for giving 2 gifts to someone that week
1:27:33 robin said the rare line that marine has a low chance of saying so I’d say this is good luck if your seeing this
This is making me want to play a Stardew Archipelago multi-world again, they're super fun
There's a hundred and four days of summer (vacation?) xD
I love that atr the end, we still dont know where the wizard is 😅😂
Propably under somewhere very late game
Hi!! Omg!! I'm so happy that this randomizer is getting more attention, or at least I only recently saw an increase in playthroughs ! Please keep this series going eee!!
I really like the chaotic nature of this mod, but the way you tried to do clayfarming hurt my soul xD From the looks of it you weren't missing out on clay because some spots were broken, but because the pattern was incorrect. You need to do another pattern before you can dig up the spots right above the already dug ones.
i did my best using a random chart that showed the order for the tiles, no doubt i did it wrong for sure 🤣
What a fun challenge! I had so much fun figuring it out alongside you as I watched. I'm excited for the next part!
This is what i expect when someone plays randomizer 😊
Also putting my bid in for the horse to be called Goldfish or Penguin because hearing you say either of those multiple times would be AMAZING
or Liopleurodon you know since dinosaurs exist in this game haha and you have one in the barn
Maybe the real _messed up Stardew Valley_ is all the friends we made along the way.
Great video, cant wait to see what you do with this world next!
Enjoyable as always :D!!! Can't wait til the next episode.
i crave another messed up stardew valley video (no pressure obviously, im new here from this video and already love your content)
working on it! 😁
i'd love to see a 200 days.
...there's 104 days of summer-
Harvesting and midnight jellies come to mock us
This video was amazing!! Loved the mod and longer format. Subscribed and hoping for more soon! ❤
This video has made me want to get stardew valley even more than before, and I will be getting the game shortly
I do my trash fishing at the water trough outside the spa house. Didn’t know if you knew that was an option. Just wanted to share. 😬
I was giggling through all the chaos. Loved it!
59:55 that awkward moment when you are mining and find your taxes
I think I could watch you do play throughs of this mod forever. Like seriously when you’re done this one just reroll and do another!
What a fun playthrough! I can't wait to see more.
hearing "i don't know if they'll be able to grow in time" after watching part 1 and 2 of this series multiple times now just has me like "oh you poor thing, if you only knew" 😂🥺
This was a fun video to watch. Stardew is usually so relaxing.
Me, watching you repeat summer over an over again, while I work.
Also me: oh, the randomizer mod sounds fun, I should try a new save with that this weekend, on my moon farm.
Also, also me, to myself: what am I doing to myself???
Loads of fun watching this! Dashing off to try this mod immediately!!!
Have you seen the tail on that horse sized critter?! It's clearly a squirrel!
Also, I found you on this video and have started watching your other series for the new year.
I love randomisers in Pokemon and I also watch Argon Matrix's randomised perfection so I thought I knew what randomised chaos was but this is just next level fun
I admire your patience. This mod would drive me absolutely insane.
This mod is like a fever dream. Love it.
this is so sad... i would love to binge watch the series but it's just the fresh first episode 😭😭😭
Everyone knows that the stable is suitable only for a Chupacabra
You played this game with everything randomized, and you *still* did more than I ever could in my own game. *sigh*
roll out those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer, you'll wish that summer could always be here
A few minutes through watching this video I had to go install this mod - It is soooo chaotic but I'm also having so much fun!
This was such fun! Can't wait for part 2 :) maybe your horse could be named Hippo? lol!
I straight up laughed so hard when the casino was the bath house and marus room is Mr qis walnut room God dam this is hilarious
I’m hoping with all my heart she names the dinosaur “chicken”
I am hooked. Onto the next one!
there's 112 days of summer vacation, and spring comes along just to end it... wait.
Lmao this was great, chaotic Stardew is great to watch haha
This mod is super super intriguing!
This is my new favorite video of yours I would LOVE to see more ❤
THIS WAS SO AWESOME I hope we get a part 2
thank you! :') working on it!
the only time I ever put a tapper on a mushroom tree, the season changed and the mushroom was replaced with a rock, so now that world has a rock with a tapper on it
It would be amazing if you named every animal "Dog" regardless of what it is. Cat? Dog. Chicken? Dog. Horse? Dog. Child? Dog
Excited for the next 100 days!
Gods, imagine if you started in winter ._.
