Hi does it need to keep 15:1 C:N Ratio till the end of culture i have taken some info from other sources that 6:1 should be maintained in maintenance period when after 30days (due to increase of total suspended solids)only when TAN values are high which one should i must proceed with??

Try to keep C:N ratio above 10 because Heterotrophic Bacteria will grow first.
