I've had bilateral hip replacement surgeries, leaving my right leg about 1 cm shorter than the left. Balance poses are very difficult for me, and the most I can do is variation #1. Strangely enough, I can manage #3, too, every now and again.
Thank you for this 🫶🏾 I find it uncomfortable when my foot tugs on my skin as it slides down my leg. Either I need to start wearing pants or make one of these work lol
Ah . . . Thanks for the break down. Not aware of the last two options.
I used to always stand like this growing up lol. My family would call it the flamingo! 😂😂
Thank you miss Charlie you rock ✌️
I can only do 1 and 3. My leg just keeps sliding with 2. Will try 4, thanks Charlie!
The Lotus is my favorite
One of my favorite poses (with foot above the knee)!
Yoga goals ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the variety !
Love the variations … keeping it fresh

I used to be able to do the lotus version. With current mobility issues kickstand is my option!
the active is my favourite, since I have to work on it
What about the twisted leg? That’s my favorite
I looooove the mix of pigeon & tree poses as well 🙈
Above the knees IS my fav, but i have to try the active variation and the lotus one more often too 🙏
The one with feet above the knee. ❤Unless I gave a particularly wobbly day. 😉But must try no 3 and 4 too.😊
Second one is my fav

I can only do lotus on one side. My hips and range of motion are not symmetrical at all.
Thanks

Anything but foot ON the knee, right? 😂❤
Foot above the knee for me

Kickstand for me :/
