I think food taste test challenge of another cuisine or nationality would be great such as Italian or Greek or Thai but if I had to pick one that you said I say popsicles since you haven’t done that before
Do one Indian deserts like gulab jamun, barfi, rasmalai, kheer, malpua, milk cake, sandesh....
Also try Indian cookies/ biscuits.

Spicy most of the time means it has a lot of spices. It need not be hot🔥
pleazeeeee pleaaazeeeee pleazeeeee doooo Indian pickles...... there are a whole variety of em, I bet u guys wouldn't have ever tasted... they are so widely used in India, they arent anything like the pickles u get in America, My suggestion go for priya brand.. ur gonna love it..
