Great video. Thanks for showing how much debris is accumulated on the top of the tigercat 822. When or if you eventually get the 853 back do the same thing on it to show the difference how it either traps or gets rid of the debris. I like the thumbnail of the video. Looks like you found a wet spot.

I put wider rubber flaps on my 822 boom just like John Deere did with there buncher and in a months time it only collects a hand full of debris in the engine area

The TC 855E has a angled debris divert on the top of the boom. ua-cam.com/video/lmJDxHMngps/v-deo.html . The big job modification on the 822D, would be to shift the radiator to the left rear side, where the diesel tank is, so the debris can slide out the back like the on the 'C' series. Be a very expensive task by the time a new relocated diesel tank, cover modifications, hose reconnections etc are completed, probably have the downside of extra 'over the side' tail swing.
Did brady get hurt or leave the company if your running the cutter full time again
Stephen Boynton from my understanding he was offered a better paying job so you can’t knock him for trying to better his self my dad always said that about our crew if a man could better his self then he was all for him taking the other job
Not a better paying, just promised a bunch of junk because the other guy can’t operate his own equipment.

Tell them all the time and paid days off, insurance, full paid days when working less than half a day, lunches.....you literally have no idea. Must not be that bad, everyone on the job has been there 1.5-4 years. He was the newest crew guy and had the least amount of time with us. He also received the most help doing his job. Not sure what more an employee expects.
