The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks gold, silver and digital currencies.
You're right! If you are not conversant with the markets, I'd advise you to get some kind of advice or assistance from a financial/investing coach. I diversified my $450K portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment advisor and I've been able to generate a little bit above $1.2m in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, Etf and bonds this red season. For me, its themost ideal way to jump into the market these days

I'm on a mission to disrupt my market for e-commerce store owners. To be their go to place for advice on technical and marketing level. We're not the old-skool agency that hides info and acts like it's all rocket science. We are leveraging store owners to take full potential out of their shop. And so, we're saving the world on boredom and uniformity. Succes for individuals, small teams, family businesses, 100% that. Instead of major brands hijacking the markets. Last year, i rejected a deal with one of the 3 biggest retailers of our country to build a 'disruptive' online shop. I know; that is un-Ryan cause that can be seen as 'BIG'. But you always see pictures of fisherman with 1 big fish. I see multiple thousands of fish; that will exponentially be bigger and bigger. Positive disruption with impact that goes beyond my personal advantages. Next step: the really have a great army of "agents" to back-up those piles of fish. 🙂

I believe the Charity and Social Impact sector needs to be disrupted to continue to stay relevant and maintain reach, and by extension continue to make impact. Too many well meaning people spin their wheels trying to make a difference because they don't understand its a unique area of society and the economy that deserves to be taken as seriously as for-profit business; I love helping people who are successful figure out the best way to give back and make impact, and would love to work with Serhant if you ever go in that direction, be it starting your own foundation or making targeted investments and donations towards causes you care about.

Okay, you asked! I think insurance needs revamping. Wait! no no, I don't mean apps and insurtech. Not that crap. Insurance makes big financial companies and doctors very rich - leaving the agents do whatever they have to and they can come up with to make more clients. The business model works PERFECT for big companies and doctors, not for the people though. The obvious way to disruption would be paying a fee that doesn't goes to 90% commissions, but investment towards the peoples capital and paying fair wages for excelent doctors. HOWEVER I see the disruption even a few steps behind all that... I see the disruption in a service that MINIMIZES the risk of people getting sick or poor in the first place. They are already paying for prevention, let's keep them paying but for REAL prevention this time around. What is the product? I don't know! this is as far as I gotten thinking about this 😅
I'm doing the exact thing Ryan said at the beginning of the video, right?! I'm reinventing the wheel hahaha NO NO, what I'm trying to say is that maybe we have already created this NEW insurance shape but it has another name, we just need to repackage it a bit. For example if you do X or Y you're guaranteed you won't get sick from X and Y disease that has a high probability of killing you according to your 23ANDME results. Sounds laaaaame right now, but charging ONE fee for going like: "here! eat these 3 apples a day and you'll live until 90 years old" would be the disruption... I don't know! 😅

@Ryan Serhant you are truly an inspiration and I look forward to your videos! In 2020 I quit my 9-5 (Federal)/"stable" job, and got my real estate license. My family, close friends, in-laws all thought I was crazy to do this. I'm from a relatively small town and the "old school" thinking is still in effect. Everyone anticipated me failing, they even told me that I would fail, and hoped that I did to "learn a lesson" - I use that as my fire to show them that I won't fail. I CAN'T fail. Now in 2022 I'm in the top 20 of agents in my area, with plans to double production each year. My question to you is: do you think that even in small towns/cities is social media/content able to 10X business? Where the majority of people still go with the good old boy system and are hesitant to change?

Why and how?
@Startups & Startups A universal training program for front-of-the-line employees and management. All with different ranges of class. A credible hospitality university could offer a tiered program for individuals who need to build their skill set to be able to be promoted to a different department, instead of taking the full program in which some of the education might not be applicable. Also, a company could pay for a module so new employees could be tested and trained before even starting employment. These all could be pre-recorded and a video Procter could be used for monitoring exams
