    Chef Tom, I would love to see you do a video on how to store cooked smoked meats and how to reheat them so they taste and feel fresh off the smoker.

    I am working out of town staying in an Air BnB. I had a Weber kettle grill delivered here this week as I will be working here well into next year, so ..... anyway, the local grocery has a nice meat dept. and they have Picanha. I have never had one as most of the stores and butchers in my home area do not regularly offer it. With your fine recipe, and the opportunity in front of me, I do believe I may be giving this a go this weekend. Hell yeah. Not sure on the grits though. Those look really good, but I am not a fan usually. Maybe I give them a go too.... cant hurt, I guess. Thanks CT

    I cook my grits in a 4/1 ratio of milk to grits and butter. Super rich and creamy that way!

      Nah gugas language is ruining food by dumbass experiments like Oreo crusts on brisket and Nutella on 1000$ pichana for views. Which is sad cause when he does actual recipes they’re actually really good but he chooses to play with food like a toddler.
