I have never had grits Tom but now I want to give it a try! Here in the UK, its not a well known, or used very little. Thank you so much for showing us how good it can be! All the best my friend 🔥
I am working out of town staying in an Air BnB. I had a Weber kettle grill delivered here this week as I will be working here well into next year, so ..... anyway, the local grocery has a nice meat dept. and they have Picanha. I have never had one as most of the stores and butchers in my home area do not regularly offer it. With your fine recipe, and the opportunity in front of me, I do believe I may be giving this a go this weekend. Hell yeah. Not sure on the grits though. Those look really good, but I am not a fan usually. Maybe I give them a go too.... cant hurt, I guess. Thanks CT
Nah gugas language is ruining food by dumbass experiments like Oreo crusts on brisket and Nutella on 1000$ pichana for views. Which is sad cause when he does actual recipes they’re actually really good but he chooses to play with food like a toddler.
I have got to stop watching you right before I go to bed. Lots of drool on the pillow.
Brazilians approved this video!
Picanha is the most popular cut there but usually we just use salt, this plate looks fancy, beautiful
Best meat channel on UA-cam
Dude you really did that! I'm going to try to duplicate that. Looks so delicious.
That's a beautiful plate of food, Chef Tom...😋😋😋
Thank you 😊
Chef Tom, I would love to see you do a video on how to store cooked smoked meats and how to reheat them so they taste and feel fresh off the smoker.
Good idea! Adding it to the video ideas bank.

It’s the same as runny polenta.

tradicional brazilian bbq
I cook my grits in a 4/1 ratio of milk to grits and butter. Super rich and creamy that way!
how about some pork belly, chicharron.
That’s a $100 plate chef! Beautiful
Looks great! Gumbo please
Tom, that’s truly ridiculous. Nice work, chef.
I'm not a grits eatter but that looks good
Pichana? Now you're talking Guga's language.

Not searing the fat caps is diabolical
Chef Tom, I love ya - but bleu cheese ruins everything.
Now blind fold any person and tell me that nobody can turn that down, my don't us Americans eat unhealthy ✌️
You crossed the line with blue cheese! Gross!
