I'm hoping there's a humanoid bug like a Predator created by the gloom. The bugs have all of the necessary capabilities of a Predator. Their heads are similar looking. Their claws are like Predator blade. The Stalkers can go invisible. But with the new addition of city biomes and many planets having jungles. A Predator bug would kind of be perfect.

Helldivers 1 is like the first movie and we live in it with no skipping time so we live through it and helldivers 2 is the sequel that is just as good and has its own story 😐 (and the time in between the games was the game creators making the next movie "helldivers 2")
Crazy theory: What if the illuminate are hiding in the gloom? They obviously have better tech than us, and it seems we are working on gloom resistant tech, but there have also been illuminate advancements and hints at something big coming. I think it's the perfect place to hide for them. What if the moment we peer into the gloom, we find the illuminate fleet along with whatever bugs are within as well. (Just speculation, I might be missing something that completely invalidates everything I just said. This is only meant to be taken seriously if you want to take it seriously.)
And a quick question if I take a bile titain in and teach it to fight with me for democracy is that against democracy (not saying I did but to be able to take the bugs in to fight each other it be fucking awesome like the stim pistol but instead it turns a bug to democracy for like 2 mins or something it just be sick 😁)
